I also think I know too much about guns. I've been watching the ending to Uncharted 4, and the big bad has a 1911, and I wondered why Nate doesn't charge the sucker, since the hammer is not cocked... (1911's hammer has to be manually cocked by the slide, unlike modern handguns, which isn't a bad thing - pulling the slide back chambers the round anyway, so if you don't pull the slide, there's nothing in the chamber anyway)
