Yeah, CDPR's red engine is built upon that, funnily enough.
The first Witcher was bloody good for its time though. But 2 and 3 shite all over it.
See a lot of people have got the Witcher fever. Excellent.

I love that! OK, I've only played TW3 - but the sunset and sunrise, amazing. I've been known to just let Geralt stand there and stare at his arse the horizon 
And the version of Przewalski's horse on Skelliga - blew me away.
