That's cool... I thought they were just stock images at first. Or I guess the Avvar one is Olga Kurylenko.. not sure about the others.

You managed to find the one cat in Thedas with opposable thumbs, just to have it write lewd graffiti on me?

Well okay then.

Finally, able to wake up without face graffiti, seeing as Gilli seems preoccupied with her book.
*pulls emergency coffee thermos and spare mug from her satchel*
I'm not risking moving...

I've been migraine free for a while. I should've seen this coming. I was past due. The 'heavy pressure on top of skull' stage is over and I am now in the 'groggy and regretting stuff I did and/or said while feeling grumpy stage.'
On the upside, I did figure out an application error that had been bugging me for days before the nastiness set in.
I should be good for a few hours and then the 'someone with an ice pick is jabbing at the inside of my eye' stage will kick in.
Here's hoping I at least get the good bit, afterwards.
More on point: Why would you need a hood in Orzammar? I would think a coat would be uncomfortable what with the lava and all.

Right, I was just on YouTube on my phone and an ad came up for the new game Total War: Warhammer. The advert let me move my phone around to view what was going on!
The camera is set to rails and it overlooks varying battlegrounds with armies fighting. As it's doing this, if you move your phone about (turn around, point it towards the ceiling or ground) it affects what you can see in the advert.
That is awesome! I have to find the actual video.

Here it is. I don't know if you can view it on a computer, or if it will even work from this forum, but there it is.

Underground doesn't have to mean warm, they aren't next to the centre of the earth and melting. Actually it's stone and rock, so I doubt it would really be all that warm, but it's mostly for coziness because it is all stone and rock and discomfort.I don't get the Orzammar image. Why is she wearing furs? Isn't she supposed to be underground?

Of which the Dwarves are adapted to. In neither of the three games have they shown a Dwarf being uncomfortable underground, and so far we haven't seen a single dwarf underground wearing furs.. I think they dropped the ball on the photo. All the rest are what I can picture though.

Just because they're adapted does not mean anyone likes leaning their head against bare rock when they could have an awesome fur hood, lol.Of which the Dwarves are adapted to. It's a little more DnD leaning, definitely, but I mean since when has DA ever been any good at depicting fur? Cullen's armour is awful, lol.

I'll give a pass on furs... because furs are cool. On a dwarf or not.
My DAO playthrough left untouched today... I don't feel playing games anymore...but I kind of want to get this out of the way.
