Shoes are alright, I've been buying all of mine from the same brand for years now.
Payless is my saviour!

What the hell do you wear then?
Careful Dazzle, such words can get you in trouble!
What the hell do you wear then?
Trainers probably.
Tennis shoes to work, sandals to everything else.
Why can't the Inquisitor wear sandals?
OMG, do you mean meadowhall?? *South Yorkshire fist bump* I order all my joddy boots from an equestrian site online - need to be waterproof. I get delivery the next day and that's good in Ireland! You can get very smart ones too.
I knew you'd pick up on that
*Derbyshire neighbour to South Yorkshire fist bump*
While lounging beachside with a mimosa, Dazzle receives a letter.
"Ugh, I told the office not to disturb me!" She mutters as she tears the envelope open, but then smiles as it turns out to be a question from Gi. Dazzle ponders as she reads over the letter, musing at the scenario.
Dazzle's return letter to Gi reads: Gi, how coule you miss the bus?! Stuck at the bar while we're all at the beach? It's simply tragic.
As for your query, I find your logic sound. I would say though you might be more successful it you make the struggle emotional, rather than physical. Make it a sense of yearning and longing, growing stronger the farther away from Emestris he gets.
Stay safe at the bar, avoid any traps! See you soon!
*the window still open, the incoming bird flies directly at Gilli's head*
Oww, what are you? An Albatross?
*rubbing her head she takes off the letter from the bird's leg*
*she reads the letter and smiles, writing a reply at once*
Dazzle, yeah, when I entered the tavern everyone, beside Ash and Ill, was gone.
That sounds good, I already planned that he'll feel very uncormfortable in the Ruins of Xerxes "It's like walking over my own grave".
I imagine that Greed will feel torn, because he wants to get away from Amestris, but at the same time he never knew anything else.
Thanks, I think many of them already went off. see you soon.

I dislike going shoe shopping too.
I own 4 pairs of shoes, 5-6 if I include my house & winter shoes.
My biggest problem is, I have stupid feet, they're long and flat (like frog feet
) the only shoes where I only have to look at the size and can be sure they will fit me are Sketchers ![]()
Payless is my saviour!
I had to Google that of course lol. So it's a brand or a store?
I always buy Vans! Coooomfortable. They always give stickers with them so I have my old uhm cassette-cd-player-thing full of them. Aaaand back in the day I had to order them from the UK (because you could buy them as good as nowhere over here grr) and the store always put random British candy in the box! *drink deluxe because tl;dr about shoes*

Ugh, sandals. Please promise me you don't wear socks with them?
I'm not allowed to wear sneakers to work, I forget that other people can ![]()

Yup, a store that stocks less expensive shoes. Cute heels for less than $60.
I wear converse. I have cute burgundy ones with black sparkle laces.

What else would I wear on my feet for a retail job where I'm on my feet for nine hours working boxes?
Oh gosh, I would never wear socks with sandals! That is an abomination and should be fireballed on sight!

I thought probably flats, but makes sense. When I worked at Tommy Hilfiger we had to wear heels, that was bloody torture.
Flats don't work well with physical labor.
When I still was in my appentriceship (did?) I had to wear shoes like this.
Threw them into the garbage container at my last day ![]()
I was thinking of getting some Converse or something similar, randomly. Better for hot weather than leather boots.

But leather breathes! ^^ Those will stench in no time. *Calls Cabot and orders charcoal inserts for behind the bar at Skyhold* ![]()
Random edit: In Ireland sneakers/trainers are called runners. *Drinks*

Ummm...yea....Cabot might have...umm...well...it's like this...he's at the surgeons. Don't freak out! He'll be fine...there was just a little incident this morning.
We're working on it. Lord Minutiae is filling in for today - he keeps asking questions. I told him where the library was, but...eh...*drinks*.

And canvas-y footwear doesn't?
Is this another thing I actually know nothing about?
The insoles of sneakers absorb sweat, which is what makes them smell. Leather soles you just wipe off. Sneakers you have to air out.

They look like the farm shoes I had to wear at college (mine had to be steel capped boots however). I went to an agricultural college. The college was a working cattle station and crop farm. When not wearing those it was riding boots like Paragon's xD
I am definitely a boots and joggers person. I have trouble walking in sandals (flat soled even).

Oh mine were steel capped too, I did an apprenticeship as a Logistics Assistant.
You know, these guys.
I worked in the warehouse of Marionnaud Parfumeries, sending boxes with parfumes to stores. ![]()
Such a box could easily weigh 7-8 kg and we had 20 boxes on 1 palette.
