IT'S A GODDAMN DAMN OBJECTIVE GAME! PLAY THE DAMN OBJECTIVES!
These people... I can't stand it, but the penalty for leaving games, filled with these people that don't want to help, is stupidly high (which I approve of).

This is quite normal in PvP games. "ignore all objectives, go crazy at attacking other players" - the PvP mentality. xD
That max kills number seems more important then a chance to win a match to lots of people.
Are you talking about Overwatch?
I've only seen one gameplay vid... it was Tracer. It was pretty spastic and fast. Are all characters like that or just her? It reminded me of old Unreal. Not fun.

I haven't played TF2, but I understand.. Different roles is cool then.
There was a time when most shooters felt like that (like Unreal), so that's what I was afraid of.
I guess they're betting on it shining in bigger, competitive venues...where teams are more organized. You won't find that from the avg gamer though. lol
"Marge, put on a pot of coffee. Drink it then start making burgers."
I want to take this moment to thank my rowdy downstairs neighbors for waking me up. Keep yelling and stomping at those video games, kids.

Kids neighbors are the worst.
I've become the grouchy old fart I used to hate.

Actually, you know what? Scratch that.
I was cool enough to go outside... and stay outside for a long time.
Now kids stay near homes or indoors and cause a ruckus.
I wouldn't care so much if I worked a normal shift and slept at night and not during the day. I'm usually very tolerant when it comes to rowdy people, I grew up with seven other siblings.
Night shift Lyn has become old lady Lyn.
Well, I hope you get some sleep. Or got some.,,,if you're staying up now. ![]()
Staying up.
It's basically half past noon for me. Gon make a Dr Pepper float and have some fun with flycam.

So, you're the one on the left and I'm the one on the right?

Overwatch is close in similarity to TF2, according to what I have heard from others (I've never played it).
The problem I have with the people playing Overwatch is that they just aren't understanding the fundamentals of the game, and these are people that have played over a hundred matches.
Overwatch is an objective based multiplayer game, made evidence by the fact that there is no Team Deathmatch game mode. There is a problem with the game which supports this wrong mentality. 'Play of the Game'. In Overwatch, you can win Play of the Game in a few different ways, but 9 time out of 10, it is always earned by killing the most amount of enemies in about four seconds, which is how long the clip lasts roughly.
You can earn it as Mercy only if you make the most amount of kills (unlikely because you are dedicated healer - though I did win it this way once) or by using your ultimate and reviving the entire team, which isn't easy because the team spreads out going for kills.
Also, it's the counter playing. People aren't understanding how to counter. Yes, it's a learning thing. I myself am still learning so I'm not saying it's something that should be mastered immediately. However, I see people not utilising it. You can swap what character you are using when you die (or return to base but you're unlikely to do that). Every character has a completely unique skill set. You can deal with different situations. A few examples of where countering works:
They have a Bastion and he is in a very good position. Your team can't push and are getting stomped on. Switch to Genji and flank using your agility, then simply deflect all Bastion's shots back at him. Switch to Widowmaker and take him out from range. You should be able to get a few charged shots on him if he's in turret mode which should kill him.
Or, they have a Roadhog and he just won't die and he keeps landing his hooks. Switch to Zarya and use those shields. The hook can't land if you use your shields when engaging him, and it will also charge up your gun meaning you deal more damage to him. And! Move as a team. Try and solo Roadhog and you're just asking for trouble. Or use Reaper and get behind them (very difficult), but your shotguns deal huge damage up close, and because Roadhog is massive, everything should hit him.
But instead, I see people sticking with the same character they began the match with even if we are being dominated. That's not the point of the game! You shouldn't have a main go to hero. You can have characters that you are better with, but you shouldn't be sticking with them even when they are simply not working.
There are things Overwatch can add to them game that would help a lot of people. Adding a 'what this hero is good and bad against' chart in character selection would help with counterpicking for example.

Sorry for the rant.
Same. And I'm only 25.
I.e it's annoying cause on weekends all I can hear is the base off somebody's shitty music that they think is cool.. I can't seem to tolerate any loud music unless it's something metal and I like it
I also hate people coughing. The sound of some people's voices, etc.
OMG I have a neighbour about 4 houses down that plays his music so loud it vibrates my floorboards!
Hello,
Anyone here play Heroes of Dragon Age ?
Lmao!

Urge to say something dirty....won't...
Anyway, that would drive me insane. Unless it was music I enjoyed.
