I like Fenris one of my fav characters, actually DA2 had a lot of great characters.  Being a bit of a pro templar anti mage guy in these games I love Fenris owning some of the magey mages in that game in banter.

DA2 had the cast of characters I like the least. I like Varric and.....Yeah, just Varric. I couldn't stand Fenris's "Oh, I'm so angry and broody, and I hate mages--they are the reason everything sucks. Grrr." And Gideon Emery's voice got on my nerves. /drink That said, I still enjoyed all the banter between them.

 

Quaterfinal match has kicked off and I have to go to work. This is unacceptable! /drinking drinking

“Prince Ling, did Greed seem different?” Major Armstrong asked now concerned.

“No?” Ling replied confused, so the major asked further, “He didn’t act odd, or anything?”

“What’s that supposed to mean?” said now a voice behind them. Everyone turned towards the voice, which belonged to Greed, who just had left the medical tent and walked, hands inside his pockets and acting as cool as always, towards the others.

“Did I miss something, or what’s that about me acting odd?” Greed asked, whereupon Major Armstrong said, “We were discussing, if it could be possible that Father could come back. Through you.”

Greed made a face at the thought, “Seriously? I betrayed him twice and he basically ripped me out of himself and you really think he’d try to come back through me?” he cringed and rubbed his arms. “Thanks for making my skin crawl.”

“My apologies, I was just concerned that Father might be able to come back and we'd have to fight him again. Which would be disastrous, after Edward gave up his Alchemy to bring back Alphonse."

 

OMG, the encouragement worked

I worry you may have made Armstrong too neutral and formal. He needs a little extra flair. Try announcing all his phrases in a booming voice, if it just sounds like a train station announcer then it isn't Armstrong.

But it's a great effort! I'm enjoying the scene. It just reads a little more like Hawkeye speaking.

I should've swapped them the only two reasons I have to have Major Armstrong there are a.) If I have Hawkeye at the scene, I need Mustang there too and b.) Major Armstrong participated in the raid of the Devil's Nest, so he knows what happened to the other Chimeras and the Pub after the raid.

He's polite yes, but he almost speaks in older english. Think Victorian, almost - that leads back to his whole Armstrong lineage thing.

You could almost ask if Greed seemed different by tacking on "Perceptiveness is an Armstrong trait that has been passed down for generations!" Or something, lol.

After falling to my death in W3, I decided that was enough witcher for one night, so I fired up ol' Beren in Inquisition and came across a cutscene.

 

Didn't expect this scene.  I thought this had already been settled when I told him to begin taking the lyrium again in his office, but as I was leaving the armory after a quicky smoochie session with my sweet baby Cassie, a cut  scene with Cullen began.  Pretty much confirmation of Beren being a bastard, I guess.

 

I'm sorry it's not the complete scene.  It caught me off guard and I didn't think to start fraps recording until it was basically over.
