I just picked the panel in the Keep HoF and Hawke don't have a LI in this WS. (I'm gonna leave Hawke in the Fade, it isn't my Hawke, so I don't care )

 

That's probably the only version of Morrigan I like. She really changed with that.

Question. Dwarves can't become Templars because of their resistance to Magic and Lyrium. How is it that a Dwarf can become a Templar in DA:I?

 

I know in DA:O, Alistair only teaches you stuff that doesn't require lyrium usage. The basic stuff really. But doesn't the Inquisitor take the lyrium in DA:I when they learn how to become one?

Dwarves can become Templars, it's just rare to have them in the Order. Resistance does not equal immunity. They suffer the same effects of lyrium after ingesting enough. Ser, the guy who gives the Templar spec in DAI, explains it. I'd give you quotes, but I don't remember any. I only remember the gist of it from my Dwarf run.

I thought it only made them go crazy. Mad. Like that Dwarven merchant in Orzammar who cut himself whilst handling raw lyrium and it got into his blood.

Is this further evidence BioWare play it loose with their own lore?
