I'm looking forward to Pokemon Go when it gets released in Canada. I had the games and show growing up and it was a lot of fun, so now it's nostalgia.

I haven't even played a Pokemon game, but I'm pretty sure they generally don't make bad games. I can't think of any at least, but I'm sure there are some.

While the game was developed by Niantic, they worked together with GAME FREAK inc.

Basically, Tsunekazu Ishihara, the President of The Pokémon Company played Ingress, a game made by Niantic and then approached them with the idea about Pokémon Go. [x]

I just finished episode 23 and I am sooo torn between watching ep 24 and playing my Pike PT. I can't do both at the same time. Dx

 

and I think I need a pajama mod, as much as I love the wardrobe in Skyhold, I don't want Pike to be made Inquisitor in the grey pajama.

Apropos Dazzle, do you know if there's a Rogue class with Firespells? I thought about recreating one of my OCs Kita (who I also made my first, and canon, Warden in DAO) for DnD, but while I found the race I want her to be (Vulpin), I don't know if there's a rogue class for her.

I don't know specific firespells, I'd need to look in the book. However there are specific pocket firespell balls. They're portable and they activate when you throw them!

Dang that makes me miss my weekly games. Working weekend nights suck, haven't played on in weeks.

 

Also I second what Gilli said about your character. I rarely put that that much thought into mine (then again I'm still super new at this thing only have like three characters and only two have been used)

Oh man, that does suck. Ours rotate to whatever days we all have free, so sometimes I'll go two weeks without a session or have two sessions in a week, haha. Our DM is amazing like that.

Character creation is my favourite part. I get really in depth.

That sounds interesting.  Kita is meant to be a fox girl, like, this is how I imagine her (less chibi ofc  )

 

I thought about making her a Kitsune, but she is NOT covered in fur.

~ I've spent so long in the forest that I have little practical experience dealing with people.

~ I place no stock in wealthy or well-mannered folk. Money and manners won't save you from a hungry owlbear.

Ideals:
~ I won't let anyone or anything tie me down; I will roam as I please.

Bonds:
~ My mother's locket is my most beloved treasure, and only possession of value. I live to follow in my mother's footsteps.

Faults:
~ Do not expect me to save those who cannot save themselves. It is nature's way that the strong thrive and the weak perish.

~ I am slow to trust members of other races, tribes & societies with my well-being; I am, however, gullible to their tales due to my lack of knowledge regarding other races and societies.

Faith:
~ Damaia, though not outwardly religious, has been known to pray and blaspheme to Malar - God of the Hunt and Deity of the Forgotten Realm.

Background:
Damaia grew up in the wilderness alongside her mother. Horns and tails marked the pair as feared and mistrusted tieflings.
They lived in the forest, spending each day foraging, crafting, and training to fight any creature ~ man or beast ~ who dared threaten them.

Damaia grew up a sheltered girl, never allowed to go into town with her mother, who told her of the wicked and cruel humans who resided there.
It was safer, she said, for Damaia to stay at camp and keep watch.

The naive, young tiefling kept herself busy: learned how to cook meals, make simple potions and poultices, created clothing and armour for herself using scraps of fabric and leather she had either outgrown or found laying about. Though these things kept her busy, her favourite activity was to climb trees, and once the camp fire died down to embers at night, she would stare up at the beauty of the stars through the tree boughs.

The girl grew up to be a lovely young woman, kind and curious, though ruthless with her swords when need~be. Though she had never yet met a human, and her mother continued to tell her awful stories of various run~ins with the city~dwellers, Damaia hoped that should she ever run into one, she would not need to draw her sword. She would, after~all, like to believe the best of them, as she would hope they'd do for her.

The most terrifying day of her life came when a giant disturbed their camp. Nemaia jumped to action, a whirlwind of flashing blades ~ Damaia soon joining in alongside her. They fought valiantly, but Damaia cried out in anguish as her mother misstepped and was caught by the giant's fist, falling and smashing her head on a nearby boulder. Tears obscuring her vision, Damaia stabbed the beast desperately, striking the killing blow.

Damaia and her mother had always worn matching lockets, a painting of the other in each, in case they were to ever get seperated. After the few months following Nemaia's death, the locket of her mother had become Damaia's dearest treasure, her only possession of true value; other than her swords which had been worn down considerably. She would need to get new weapons and armour in the next few coming weeks.
