I'm not saying don't play (although BAH HUMBUG)...but be informed

I really do not like the idea behind that game. What are you supposed to do if your home gets invaded because people want to catch a digital thing? I'd be ****-ing livid! And how long before some 'owner' of a digital thing like that Poke-Gym claims ownership of the property that digital thing is located on.

It does however show that people pay more attention to what's on their phone than what's around them. Case with the Holocaust Museum. Who in their right mind would consider playing it there to be respectful?

The final climatic ending chapter for the episodic expansion in swtor right now was originally going to be released just before my Thailand visit, so I would have been able play before going on the torturous (due to people) trip. But found out this morning it has now been delayed until after I get back from my trip. I was looking forward to enjoying playing before going so I could start the trip in a good mood and not play it after enduring people for a whole week in a different country (always sets me in a bad mood for ages), but no such luck.

Oh well, not like I can do anything about that, just disappointed now more then anything else. lol

It being a trend was definitely why I turned my nose up at it. I've always hated following trends and what is popular. I will hate something to spite the masses that love it. The only way for me to enjoy something that is also popular is if I discover it for myself and not play/watch/try it because everyone else is. This is my drum, I'll create my own beat.

There was a really bad trend in the 4th/5th grade here... late 80s.. when people tightrolled the bottom of their pants. 

 

And I was supposedly lame for just being normal. Sorry guys! I'm gonna win this contest in the longrun.

this goes back to my comment awhile back about not liking Def Leppard back then (I've since come to appreciate them). I was into skater punk/punk for a long while. I think once I became a musician, I started appreciating just about anything.

I have a picture of me somewhere with my pants tight rolled while playing the NES --- haha, my hair was...well, it would put DAI hair choices to shame  .

 

Edited to correct (too early) - DAI hair choices are great in comparison to my 80's do.
