Well done. I keep wanting to go back and create a new character but I have to stop myself. I already have two Inquisitors that I remade on my PC that I need to take through the game again. Told myself I can't create a new Inquisitor until I finished.

Why do I do this to myself! I go read someone complain that npc eyelashes and eyelids, whatever, don't connect when they blink/close their eyes. Then I go and take tons of screenies of that in a few cutscenes just to confirm - note, they all blinked fine and normally for me... note I also now have 63 screenies of video characters blinking.. WTH ASH!

Speaking of blinking, I have a rather funny screen of eyelids on the loose. Will share when I get home. There are instances where upper and lower eye lashes overlap and clip through each other when characters blink

So my fridge broke overnight, tried everything we can think of but it's all "nope. I don't wanna fridge anymore!" Kinda wish we had a person to call to help getting our old bar fridge from the garage to the house. be too dangerous for bf to try that on his own... I'm a weakling, I can't even shift our sofas on my own. and it's heavy, also needs to be carted up a hill (my yard is on a stupid slant) and up some stairs, then through the door.. ugh.

I have added more screenshots to said blinking video game characters screenie folder.. got some DAI and some Swtor ones now. Do mass effect characters blink too? I'm curious!

 

edit: nope, this isn't strange for me. after playing mass effect trilogy the first time I noticed that Bioware, shares a whole ton of it's animations around its games (obviously, same company even if games developed by different locations of it) and had a little collection of screenshots of same animations across all their games xD

 

This makes me hopeful that some of the brand new animations I see in the newest cutscenes of kotfe (swtor) will also be in ME:A and DA4 (or better/refined versions of them) as well as more new ones. it makes the game really come alive during cutscenes. Swtor team has been focusing on having random npcs in cutscenes be more alive, and doing stuff in the background even when they aren't the focus, just like dai was trying to do but refining it.

So yeah, i've been back like a week. Just a little...distracted. Anyhoo, was a fun adventure overall. Except the part where it rained the whole first day.

Rained so much that i decided to cut mileage by almost a half on the first day because i am on my godsdamn vacation and not in the army. This wrecked my schedule and the forecasted rainstorms later in the week forced me to return a day early because hiking in the rain just isn't a lot of fun.

NINJA CAT!! Those are beautiful photos. They remind me of the Wasatch and Uintah mountains. Gosh, I miss camping in those mountains. *nostalgia drink* Sorry to hear about the rain, I would have gladly taken that off your hands.

Yeah, hiking in the rain lets you choose between being drenched by water from the rain or your own sweat. Rain ponchos are basically portable saunas....
