Yeah, hiking in the rain lets you choose between being drenched by water from the rain or your own sweat. Rain ponchos are basically portable saunas....

 

Yup.. especially in summer.. my summer ie: three quarters of the year -.-' . seriously, it's meant to be mid-winter right now and we almost hit an average summer temp (27 C tops today) so winter's gone.

 

I was going somewhere else with that... oh right, walking in rain with raincoat = not a great idea. I prefer the rain, the mugginess and blasted humidity makes coats, even in rain, a bad choice in the end.

 

And now I get to complain about how winter went and ditched us early again! I'm sweating at 10:30pm.. it's humid today. only 18 C but 100% humidity makes it really not feel that low at all. and my house hoards the heat in.

Yeah topping off at the 40's C sucks. that's our hotter summer weeks. 37-45 C usually in january/early feb I believe. Sometimes before christmas.

So I just got woken up by some strange woman walking into the house giving a sob story on how she needed money.. then I got in trouble for leaving the backdoor unlocked while my boyfriend was awake, he'd been up watching anime all night not even 4 meters from the door and in full view, the house needs some airflow and that door gets shut and locked when no-one is awake.

 

How's everyone else?

 

edit: she only left after being told multiple times that we don't keep cash on hand, and no story is going to change that fact. it is 4:40am.

When I went to a park with my bro, a wild Tauboss appeared. We basically had this 'HOLY POOP!' reaction and after a loooot of Pokeballs I catched it. Bro had no luck though lol. (Even made me trying to catch it on his phone) But... it's only 80 something WP so about every Taubsi evolved on my own will make a better one. /drink

Thanks I caught a Pidgeotto with high CP (118) and evolved it and then I fed it would've given it more candy, but my level isn't high enough yet.

I wanted to ask you already but I forgot, I saw you mentioning you have prepaid and don't want a contract. Did you think about getting one of these flats for such and such MB for a month? I mean surely your provider has these? The cheapest option for mine would be 4 €. Am currently having one for 7 € and it's very worth it. Just saying it's really a lot of fun walking outside looking for them and not being restricted to WLAN. Maybe just get it for a month and go hunt some Goldinis chilling in your street?
