The end times have been upon since 9/11. Its just a matter of time before someone is stupid enough to push the red button to put us all out of our misery.
But I'm not miserable! ![]()
edit: But yeah..

I'm getting the worst kind of conspiracy recommendations on youtube. Ugh. Not sure how this happened. Like suddenly it's "the end of the world" because of recent shootings, like in Munich. I wonder what these fools have to say about the Rwandan genocide? No, better yet... the freaking Black Plague.
Sorry for being depressing. I actually like focusing on good things instead.
Ignorance plays a huge role in the construction of a conspiracy theory.
That must be. I'm not the smartest person, but I am interested in history.
edit: Speaking of, I just heard a historian call it the 4th dimension. I think I'll use that now.

Yeah, if people think what's happened in just the last few years is bad enough to call "end of the world" then they have no frelling perspective or sense of scale when it comes to societal catastrophes.
I skipped Fable 2... I still have it though. Played 1 and 3... Don't ask me why.
Fable 2 is still one of my favourite games of all time.

I'm not sure how much better it is than Fable 1. I prefered Fable 2 though. It just felt more open. Felt like I could do more.
The only thing I really enjoyed in Fable 3 was the weapon evolution. I did like how weapons could become unique just through use.
Well, it was one of the first 360 games I bought. But I suppose I didn't give it a chance. Then when 3 came out, I said to hell with it and just played it...totally skipping 2.
But I eventually got 2 again.. because I also got Fable Anniversary. I thought I'd play it all again one day.

Old school emo music.
I want to meet a girl named Skeeter.
You'd think this would be nasty, but it's pretty good.

It tastes nothing like grape though.
Old school emo music.
At the peak of immersion in the FO universe, music like this makes me sad because of the world ending... And kind of... nostalgic, except not?
And since we're sharing music, I was recently watching some Witcher 3 gameplay and happened upon this:
I want to meet a girl named Skeeter.
Could be an artistic name.
Could be an artistic name.
It's apparently a nickname.. Her dad called her that. It's southern twang for "Mosquito".
I thought it might be something along these lines, though I haven't really known that to be the slang for a 'squito.
What father calls his daughter "Mosquito", though?

The south has weird words sometimes.
She probably bugged him... but thought it was cute? I don't know.

"...time is a social construct..."
Ugh immersion broken, I'm so over this real life stuff.

Next segment of (my current episode of) Critical Role features..... GILMORE. Looking forward to it!
Gilmore? One of the two Gilmores I know, or someone else going by that name?

Shaun Gilmore is a NPC in Critical Role played by Matt Mercer
Ah, I see... Not one of the two I know then.
Hey, don't look at me sideways. That show is actually pretty decent, even looking at it from a man's perspective.
Still doesn't beat Generation Kill or Band of Brothers. (And let us not speak of The Pacific - it was good, but not GK/BoB good.)
I thought they were talking about Ser Gilmore from dragon age? Wasn't he all the rage there for a while?
