Rivaini!!  *hughughug*  Welcome back!  Legal shipping has increased 10% on the Waking Sea during your absence, so get cracking, yo!  But first, stand still for about 30 seconds.  "too happy to see you and gets overexcited" incoming in 3... 2... 1...

Spoiler

I managed two likes (maybe three) before I went OOL.  Sorry deserving folks who didn't get any :(

I think I butchered that sentence and thus the meaning was lost...yes the games. :P I was talking about either getting Netflix or Prime.  Not sure if they are worth it when I will be using the PS4 to game a lot and may not have a lot of time or interest to watch tv or movies.  Maybe though. hmm.  I'll have to crunch numbers.

Prime allows you to use the other Prime services like Next Day Delivery etc.

I have both.

Also wondering what games to get for it.  Thinking of to start with 3, maybe four.  Inquisition is a gurantee, so then it comes down to Killzone/ Destiny or Far Cry 4/ Assassin's Creed Black Flag.  Plus may get the Show to scratch that particular itch.  (Red Sox for life)

Well just thinking I do a lot of writing and I do like watching tv/ lets plays/ movies/ listening to music while writing.

You can get Spotify for the PS4 now, that covers your music as well. Trust me, it's good for all round.

I'm calling nintendo services! This is just cruelty!

Pfft if they come knocking on my door I'll be telling them to go **** themselves until they release a game worth playing. Which is few and far between.. Mario Kart 8 was good.

Well I am not uber rich. :P  Yeah I do like Prime that Prime gives you more then just Prime.  Hmm.

Edit: I mean in the sense of more then just movies.

Haven't played any of those.. but I watched my brother play Far Cry 4. It looks somewhat interesting.. but I'm kind of over shooters.

Far Cry 4 and Assassins Creed Black Flag. Destiny is just... bad and Killzone, I've been told isn't very good. Haven't played it myself though.

Actually....no. I shunned that thing. *drink*

LOL I'm shunning it too.. like I said, locked away in a cupboard. Meh, I like to consider it a "collectable item". You know, some useless nerdy thing that just sits there and does.. well.. nothing.

I loved BioShock Infinite.  And the LP I have seen of Far Cry 4 it looked so good at first but then seems you are doing the same thing over and over and over (and over) again, most of the time.  Open World games are only intereting if they give you plenty of interesting things to do in those worlds to break up gameplay.  Inquisition did this...sort of well.

Yeah.

I payed for a yearly subscription and I'll be cancelling my Netflix subscription at the end of the month. I'm just trying to get through OitnB and Daredevil, and maybe starting Better Call Saul.

Well the Destiny/ Killzone conversation comes from which super cheap bundle I like more. :P

That is an interesting view on it.  I've been a Prime member since 2005 or 2006 so I've always viewed it as a shipping benefits perk.  I do a LOT of amazon shopping.  I think the most amazing was getting a big color laser printer shipped overnight for $3.99, though they -have- since changed that where heavier items get charged more, up to $25 for overnight IIRC.  When they rolled out the movies and later the music, I always just viewed them as a free perk on top of an already great service.

I couldn't get into Better Call Saul.. although I must admit, a couple of parts were hilarious in a really sick kinda way. You'll see. ;) Nothing on Breaking Bad, though.

I've felt kind off underwhelmed by games recently. The last one I played that I really enjoyed and was long enough for me to appreciate was Metro Redux (That's the first and second Metro games redone for PS4)

That's what I love about Sandbox games i.e Saints Row. Open world is good just so long as there's heaps of fun **** to do. I still haven't gotten around to playing Infamous.. both of them are sitting on my shelf. But I'll have a crack one day. I'm also curious about Shadow of Mordor.. also on my shelf, waiting for me to devirginize it.

Yeah, I've been skeptical of watching Better Call Saul because to me, it looks like it's just riding on the waves Breaking Bad made. Daredevil is pretty cool though, which I've just started watching.

It was a huge disappointment but then again I only watched the pilot episode, and didn't really give it enough of a go. Daredevil sounds cool.. I started watching The Flash but that got boring as well.

I liked Shadow of Mordor but it gets boring a lot sooner than I would have liked. Story is good though.

I like The Flash and Arrow. Both of those started off as kind off meh but got so much better when the directors figured out where they were going with them.

Variety of gameplay is nice.  Skyrim wasn't nice, Eve wasn't nice, Far Cry 4 does not seem to have staying power for me.  Inquisition did it right, or as right as any game I have played done it so far, and Black Flag looks good to.  In terms of different stuff you can do within game to break up gameplay.

It's gotten better now that Mike is a part of the show as more than just a parking garage attendant.  Still have the season finale on the DVR, so not sure how well that gets handled yet.

I completed it. Like I said, the story is good. And there is blood. Decapitations and stuff. The combat is like Assassins Creed mixed with Arkham Asylum.
