Citadel DLC is separate from Cerberus fail attempt at take over. You can play it after Failberus situation on the Citadel, but I suggest waiting until the end to play it for maximum party lols
Damn Cerberus interrupting shopping! I always forget to pick up what Adams asks for. The number of times I have gone to the Citadel specifically for the item he wants and I've left without it.

I actually was able to read that properly. Just not as quickly.
Of course, it's not surprising to me. I can read both upside down and back-to-front at the same time. How do I know? I once read a school notice that had been stuck to a glass door/window, and someone had turned it upside down as a joke; I was on the other side to where the paper was stuck (and on the opposite side of the text).

Recruited everyone and have the chance to send party invites to as many squadmates and former squadmates as possible. You can go ahead and get the combat portion out of the way whenever you feel like it, but don't throw the party until everything else is done.

Great, I finally got to kill Udina. I've waited for this moment since ME1.
After that I check back on the Citadel, dance with Jack; kinda hooked Joker up with EDI; talked with Edi about her... ehm... structure.
Went back to the Normandy, checked mails.
Jack invited me to grab a drink at the Citadel. And a talk in his... bunk. So two mails from him.
Traynor invites me to a game night in my cabin.
That news reporter I always forget about wants an interview. In my cabin.
And what does my so-called LI do? Stands at the memorial wall and wants to talk about Kaidan.
