Oooh, you're on season 2?? Okay, please disregard my friendzone drink, then. That probably went right over your head.
*Drinks a White
RussianWalker from north of the wall instead*
Yeah almosst done with season 2.
I started watching season 2 and then bought the DVDs for Season 2 so I am going back and listening to the commentaries while also finishing the season with the person I have been watching em with.
Also bought season 3. ![]()

Term? "To the wall"?

nocked/ nocking arrows.

nocked/ nocking arrows.
Oh. Really?
Oh. Really?
Really really. Which is odd since I am such an Bow fetishest. And all the spell checkers complain at me every time I use it sometimes I wonder if Patrick Weekes made a mistake.

Because you love me. ![]()

I hate you.
Hahaha, oh, you'd think a guy like me had it in the MP, right?
Well you're wrong.

And

I make pretend bow and arrow motions with my hands all the time. ![]()
I am really loving Game of Thrones. It is quite rapidly rising to one of my favorite shows. Only complain the size of the cast. Its too large. Hard to get sympathetic to certain characters or get into them and then even the ones you do feel for they then dissapear for huge swaths of time and then you loose the feeling for them.
Don't they just kill off everyone anyways?

Just fall in love with the focal characters. The other characters are great, but the average viewer will not know many characters names. Book readers have one up there. (No, I'm not being one of those "I'm better than all of you because I've read the books" people)

Oh yeah.
How many of those does your friend have now? I forget what bow I have but it's fairly decent. Promoted my Archer over the weekend and brought out my Hunter. So good.
I'll take my special crafted bow over LBotG in SP any day.

I guess it depends on who you feel the focus characters are. Only character I feel there is much focus on is Tyrion consistantly. Which I will not complain about but...it jusst seems like the characters just drop in and out throughout the entire season. I mean Rob was big for a while to start then faded for a while then is back with a force, Arya has been in and out, Theon, Baelish, like spokes on a wheel. I guess Danaryus has been pretty big this season.

Focal characters are the ones that will always be in a scene, regardless of other characters. So, Jon for example. You always see Jon on the wall, but you don't always see the other characters, like Grenn or Pip. Dany is a focal character, whereas Jorah isn't.
You will come to realise which are which. But, if you feel something for a certain character, it don't matter if they are focal or not. - Well... they stand more chance of dying.

Ah Jorah.
Another one of my faves. Ian Glenn does an ammmmaaazziiinnngg job with him.
Also, its hard because it just feels like this show is just building and building and building. Constant build up, one giant boom, no boom yet. ![]()
