In other news, I discovered a fun new workplace game:

 

When you're being told a clear & simple fact, stare at them and pause for a moment, then slowly narrow your eyes and go

".....What are you implying...?"

 

This can go on infinitely by retorting stuff like "...there's something you wanna tell me here." after they say it again or desperately try to figure out how to make it any clearer.

It's.. 'eh'. People will always have different opinions on games. DA:I can't be only fan service seller seeing as a lot of DAI players never played the previous games, some never even knew they existed. I personally know 10 people like that and they really enjoy the game.. almost as much as I do (not quite).

 

A lot of people forget that from the start of Origins to the end of Inquisition is still just one tale about Thedas and it's current "the world's going to end" situation. Every game ties into the next in some manner, you're simply playing a chapter of the tale, from a different person's stand point, each game. I haven't read the books so can't personally add them into consideration. I wouldn't be surprised if a rough outline for this epic tale (including well past inquisition) has been in place since DAO became a good selling game.

Heh this reminds me that I sold a copy of Inquisition tonight.  The guy called 'Dragon of Age' And you should have heard him try to pronounce 'Inquisition'
