I think Sky Watcher is more of a title than a name. Might not be, but I can see it as a name and a title, similar to what the Qunari have going. So, it could be someone different than who we saw in the Fallow Mire.

I have to get mine at a specialty asian supermarket in my city, but remember that they're exotic fruit so they have peak times that they're in store. It's not like apples and bananas that are stocked year round. 

 

I think my store only sells lychee for maybe 3 weeks on the year, and persimmons for only 6 weeks.
