I prefer pen/pencil and paper myself. The imperfections are what make a piece far more interesting.

Yeah, tracing an image. That's what I call it anyway. That used to be the only way I could draw. Drawing people is a good place to start if you want to develop. I kinda suck at drawing people without reference but it has allowed me to get a feel for lengths, measurements, scales etcetera that are useful now when I do my own drawings. I can play on them, which enables me to make the weird and wacky drawings I do.

 

Don't worry, Dame. You'll get there eventually.

Always, no-one's ever happy.. except me, i like the one hairstyle for females and yes it has a sideburn lol, doesn't bother me. My lass is cute, just needs a bit of chin and nose tweaking.

I mean, I get it.

 

For example, I hated how in DAO the only "black" cut was either the cornrolls ponytail thing (which curiously no, does not look cool to someone neither giving surfing lessons or regularly starring in rap videos) or just all bald. It's sometimes annoying that a lot of people criticise the "overkill" of buzz cuts, since all but two are actually fro styles in different thickness and hairlines - and really, if you're not going funny college movie brother, those are the subtle hairstyle variation options you have as a normal person.

 

On the other hand, I understand that there really isn't much of a choice for long straight hair, so I wouldn't call women who find that disaproportionate to be out of line or anything. It just always seems strange from the outside, when such a huge thing as the Black Emporium is announced, and people bicker about that or even the unsatisfactory shading of the black on hair (which I think is actually the fault of the weird super-glossy-shader and not the color itself).

With the right graphics settings the black hair colour turns out really nice. One of my inquisitors uses it. Most of the hairstyles are short, only 2 almost shoulder length and all I can say is something I've said in this thread before:

 

When my mage is shooting lightning everywhere the last thing she needs is her hair getting stuck in her staff. lol. Short hairstyles makes sense for the game, you're playing a military person really.
