Oh, Ashaantha, you're wonderful!  I'm laughing because I'm remembering your post yesterday about how you had a date with the wardens, but you'd probably get sidetracked and not get there til evening.  Now 3am and you're in the fade... 

 

Apologies, though, as I cannot actually answer your question about the statue.

I've been staring at this huge statue of Andraste in the fade for a while now.. why is there a statue of Andraste in the fade?

 

I also just realised it's 3am haha . oops. oh well, I want to finish this main quest.

 

Fade reflects thoughts of the dreaming. There are a lot of people thinking about Andraste. Same for Mythal.
