I thought it was a sandbox. My bad.
Don't know why, though. *shrugs*
Now I don't want that box. Thanks, Delilah! Now you have to find me another.

yeah that is annoying, I blame the lighting in cc
Damned fade lighting.
Just once I would like them to give us a dressing room that makes sense in the context of how we'll look in game. Or a preview!
Alrighty, bedtime for Daz. Sweet dreams guys.

I.. like Agravain! Yes, he's very striking. I do think he suits Josephine.
I also designed Iolan with Cassandra in mind, actually, haha.
Embarrassing...I meant to say Cassandra.
Agravain is for Cassandra. Daedryon is for Josephine. ![]()
Agravain is a vain and sardonic Necromancer, to contrast Cassandra's utterly practical nature and lack of vanity. Daedryon is a ferocious and ruthless Reaver to contrast Josephine's sweetness and diplomacy. Josephine is his only soft spot.
Deadryon:
Anyway, have a pic of my Vashoth Inquisitor, Istraiae, since this gives me an excuse to share.
And with that, I shall take a break from self indulgently showing off so many of my PC images. ![]()

Goodnight, DQers. XXX OOO.
*Roly heads off to a quiet corner to bed down for the night*
dayum I just loaded a random save on my elf rogue and it was just prior to blackwall's reveal in prison. Ouch, she was romancing him at the time. I teared up a little.

Aww come on, show us more.
As an aside, my powers of RP seem to be woefully lacking.
The Duelist hero is either the patron saint of Good Is Not Nice or The Snark Knight but always a rogue (or roguish).
You don't have to poke me twice.
I love all my darling characters.
Eccentric and diplomatic Artificer Angelique Trevelyan.
I know what you mean...As many characters as I have, I do make diplomatic types more than half of the time. An inescapable habit, but the times I devise a sarcastic or aggressive character that I can still sympathize with, it's an almost liberating experience.
While people are showing off their Inquisitors: All my Inquisitors get played the same way sadly. I'm not good at rp'ing many different personalities. They also all look 'generic' and 'like sisters' thanks to my complete lack of character creator skills lol. I have a few more romance options left to experience (Solas, Cassandra, Josie)
Current main Inquisitor - mage lady person. Changed her eyes adding a gold outer iris with BE
. I adore this lass, she doesn't take any crap from anyone.
Herah - forgive my bad screenshot taking (the eyes, ahh *kills it*), I paired her with Iron Bull.
Ashielle - Templar (and creeping Cullen)
Lalaith - my other mage lady person. Rocking the dark hair and all.
Ellana - elf rogue princess person. romanced Blackwall.
After all that.. Chess anyone??

Kinda have the same thing going. I've found that i really can't deviate from actual aspects of my personality, so my characters tend to be either a Good is Not Nice, Dark Shepard (http://tvtropes.org/...in/DarkShepherd) or a Bad Samaritan (http://tvtropes.org/...in/BadSamaritan). I have to say that slipping in the last role tends to get the most entertaining results. ![]()
Edit: Since everyone is doing it, here's my canon 'good is not nice' 'good is not soft' (closer to mark with her. She's actually bit diffrent from my usual characters) elfy-elf crusader:

*the door swings open and Dieb strolls in, balancing a mediveally appropriate multi-tray with steaming paper cups*
Finest of morrows, blokes & lasses!
*places the tray on the bar*
Maker, Cabot, you've got to stop it with yer "Only Rivaini Coffee is coffee" policy. Some of us got to wake up, others need to be sobered up before they can feel the difference of being drunk again.
*drops backpack, quiver and bow next to the bar, leans onto it and takes a big sip*
I am in a splendid mood today. Probably cause I didn't read anything yet...

"Knight in Sour Armor" all the way for me.
Also good looking Inquisitors, everybody!
*waves enthusiastically from her table knocking her staff flying*
Dieb sure knows how to make an entrance! ![]()
She pretty, mang. Would I be right in guessing that Angelique is Lady Artifice?
She's...an incarnation. The Lady Artifice would be a redhead. ![]()
But Inquisition was the first DA game where I liked the way blonde hair looked. In my default state my Queen Cousland had dark red hair, my Archer Hawke had reddish blonde, so I decided I didn't want to make them all have reddish hair. Anyway...blonde worked well for Angelique. Lol. The same goes for the Alternate universe Mage version of her Celestine. Celestine looks the same, but without the little eyebrow scar. Personality-wise she's the more sheltered and devout.
Do you ever do alternate versions of the same PC?
But on RPing: for me it's probably down to the fact that the roguish types appeal to me more so all my characters tend to be more Malcolm Reynolds than Picard.
I think the only diplomatic character I've made so far is my current Inquisitor who also happens to be my favourite Inquisitor.
Isn't it amazing how fond we can be of the ones against our type? My default Hawke is diplomatic, but my favorite is a sarcastic Hawke.
And because of my masochistic tendencies, she was the one I left in the fade. ![]()
What's your current Inquisitor like apart from the that? Human?

The only PC I've done that with is Hawke and all of them still ended up with Isabela
(Don't judge me, I like big boats and I cannot lie.)
The only Hawke I killed was a no-mance one because I'm too big a ***** to kill my pirate loving Hawkes lol.
Also, Varric crying was hard to watch since he's one of my favourite characters in the series.
I think DA2, perhaps more than any other DA game, managed to inspire a devout loyalty towards one specific LI within portions of the fanbase. My ratio in every single game tends to go 7 female/3 male, and for DA2 all my world states go romance: Fenris, Fenris, Fenris, Fenris, Anders, Isabela, Isabela, Isabela, Single.
I did pursue the Merrill romance to completion, but I didn't keep it in the keep. I prefer the friendship route, just like I did with Morrigan.
Still, playing a diplomatic lady elf has been a good experience although it's helped by the fact that, IMO, Quizzy can't be the Nominal Anti Hero I usually prefer to play.
I know exactly what you mean. I'm hoping next game we default in a more low profile position than that of a religious icon. I was very okay with this for while it lasted, but I think it did limit RP potential.

Love her! She looks cute with that haircut.
I should use that haircut more often...I'm using a bun for way too many female characters right now.
She looks kinda evil. She looks nice just...evil. I like it.
*sigh* If I had the means to post a decent screenshot I would too.
A truly moral person is far more terrifying than an 'evil' one ![]()

Speaking of cute....
Josie-wosie romance was the greatest with her
Though i wish the game had more craftable knightly full-plate than this low-level one ![]()

Too much cute lovey dovey stuff.. must go kill a dragon now, or punch solas again..
I will say that the Inquisitor ended up my favourite PC, because of the character concept I "came up" with. It should be obvious by now that my favourite movies of all time are Indiana Jones, so this character is basically a Thedosian version of that.
Kelevra is a seasoned treasure hunter and adventurer-for-hire. Mostly working for the university in Val Royeaux, he traveled the world in search for ancient ruins & artifacts. He's in his mid fourties, seen some stuff and did many things, in a lot of places. Not even gonna correct that.
His main weapon is a Longbow (of the Griffon), which due to its nature, I roleplay as being just another one of the makeshift tools he crafted for himself. He's not really an "archer", though, nor someone who pays much attention to the graceful, perfectionist aspects of it - hence I didn't skill Longshot or Full Draw. He focuses more on Sabotage and Artificer trees; the "Hook & Tackle" grappling hook being his signature piece of all his "tools". Explosive arrowheads, traps, throwing knives... he makes up with versatility and equipment for what he lacks in grace, nimbleness and formal training.
What I'm glad about the most with this idea, is that I can play a snarky, magically 100% incapable Rogue (I always make a point out of the Batman approach, i.e. tools & cunning to make up for a complete abundance of superhuman abilities), who yet happens to still indulge in mystery & the arcane without being unreasonably scared by it; as well as possessing in-depth history & cultural knowledge. It's usually the mages or non-adventurery, robe bearing types who are educated. I always felt there's a disconnect between "getting all them dialogues" and roleplaying the character consistently, and so with him, I don't have that anymore.
P.S.: Sorry for boring y'all with stuff nobody cares as much for as I do, but I got excited there cause I rarely shared my headcanon before.
That's not boring at all Dieb, thanks for sharing. It's awesome when you find a way to play that you truly enjoy. I see my Inquisitor as being my favourite protagonist aswell, of course for different reasons.
