1 serving would be 32 grapes, which is a cup. Now my FDA chart says that 3/4 cup of grapes contains: 90 calories, 23 grams of carbs, 20 of those being sugar. To put that into perspective, my sugar limit for a day is 58 grams. 

 

Now that's fine as a snack, but I'm betting you didn't stop at 26 grapes.

I think the container held a lot more than 32 grapes. Just counted the last stalk I have left, that has around 32 on it. I've eaten 3 stalks so... yeah, quite a lot.
