I used to drink 1.25 L of soft drink a day, that was only 3 months ago. down to 1-1/2 of those bottles a week now. slow agonising process.

I drink AT MOSt 2 cans or bottles (small bottles nothing dramatic) A day, though most of the time lately it has been reduced to 1.
