Yes, we're going to go to the RSPCA on friday to see if we can find a suitable cat to adopt . This has been 4 years in the making! (I mean 4 years of me begging and nagging)

 

However no cat can replace poor ol' Woosa, my camping buddy..

Promised Dazzle I wouldn't drink soda, so I'm without soda.

 

That's the most important step in losing weight. I'd go as far as saying it's like 60% of adapting to a generally healthier lifestyle.

 

The idea is not to never drink sugary beverages again, but to view them as candy. Drink water throughout the day & whilst doing stuff , and have a soda to treat yourself whilst watching your favourite show in the evenings after work.

 

The main problem is when people get used to drinking cola etc. just when they're thirsty.

I actually got as addicted to tea when I looked for a way to stop drinking coffee to quench thirst. It's a perfectly healthy middle ground if you don't sugar it to oblivion.

 

Also it makes the first coffee, the afternoon coffee, and the one after dinner in a restaurant, ever so special!

 

 

That's me. 

 

But the same applies to soda. It'll become from something you know you should be dreading to something you can purely look forward to.

I think I am more dependant on fizzy drinks than I thought. It doesn't help when everyone else, and I mean everyone, in my group are drinking fizzy drinks.

Heck I do that for almost all my characters. For me it's being in their head that brings out my attraction. I understand them better than any other character.
