Heh, they may very well.  After 800 pages, I am losing some of the DQ institutional memory.  That kinda makes me sad :(

I may not be Dazzle, but I went through that sugar thing often. It's pretty normal.

 

If you remember that sugar in soft drinks is very addictive, you're cutting an addiction back not a beverage.

I have not consumed a soft drink in 2, almost 3 years.

Dark chocolate and coffee are also chemically inoffensive treats, in my opinion.  :P

You can absolutely do this. But it's not going to help if you're replacing the sugar in your soda with sugar in baked goods. The sugar withdrawal is most of what's causing the headaches.

So try having some protein, not carbs, and drink lots of water.

Yeah, try snacks like cheese or deli-meats,or pickles. That should help balance things out. And just keep drinking water.

Everything in there is food for my little brother, so that he can have lunch at school. There is nothing in there that I can eat, except potatoes which I guess I could prepare but I'm so tired. I'm really tired, and it's only 7pm.
