Welp, if you think some of the threads on these boards are bad, i'm butting heads on the official Halo boards with people who apparently think it's a-ok to kidnap 6-year old children, replace them with clones that die of genetic diseases so the parents dont get suspicious, put them harsh through military training from that moment on and force them to undergo augmentation procedures that was known to be highly risky and ended up killing or maiming quite a few of the children. Oh and the survivors were put to use killing other humans in a low-intensity insurrection situation. And the reason why this is apparently kosher is because somehow the fact that one of them managed to stop a previously unknown alien force from destroying humanity makes it all better even if humanity had made no alien contacts when the program was initiated. So logic, much wow. 

The fact that there are people out there who thinks this is in any way justifiable......

I know which ones I'd like to meet, so that's a start. can't afford the adoption fees until friday (it's 7pm wednesday so not long now).

 

I generally only have trouble at the 4 th beacon on Nightmare, it's a hassle and a half. make sure you have the best gear you can get right now Paragon, yes I know obvious advice is obvious lol, and try and ignore the undead guys, just smash those insect demon thingies. Focus on one, to kill as fast as possible that will make it easier for the other one/s.

I took Solas, Bull, and Dorian with me to do some parkour in the Forbidden Oasis. Only pesky hyenas to worry about.

I hate those hyenas so much. it's not like they hurt me or anything more that they have a lot of health, and are always around. They do get joined by Venatori in my games, probably because I go there mostly after Skyhold is claimed. *snickers* Venatori wants to spellcheck correct itself to Ventilator.

Have you seen the size of the sausage-dog's gut?  It's a wonder it can run it's legs are like so tiny!!

I don't think it helped that I dodged into the water and summoned more undead  Thank the maker for Solas bringing the party back to life.  My gear isn't that good (I'm level 8) I think armour is about 116 defense (highest) and my bow isn't too great (got it from the BE), but I'm skint at the moment so I can only drool at the awesome stuff.  Party is Cass, Blackwall and Solas.  

 

Good luck with your cat, we have 3 - we only had 1 about 7 months ago but then some absolute s*hit dumped 2 kittens into our pond.  A ginger boy and a black girl, only about 5 weeks old.  Lucky I went outside and was able to fish them out.  Of course we now have two new adorable cats (Parsley and Sage) but it infuriates me someone could do such a thing and that they could have drowned. *Drinks angrily*

 

Well I'm off to do some grocery shopping (yawn), ha I discovered you can get Cullen's Cider in big bottles.  I don't drink it but it gives me a chuckle!

Yeah, the have a lot of health. This is the first time I've visited before In Your Heart so there was no Venatori or Giant.

I've taught my phone all the essential DA related words.

hehe I'm only level 7 on Kyrrah and still kicking around killing apostates in the Hinterlands. Should probably go finish recruiting peeps soon.

Better gear then me! 116 armour mage coat, no leg upgrade. 45 dps cold damage staff, no blade upgrade. Party is Varric, Cassandra and Solas. Cassandra has decent gear for now.. Solas has a grey 49 armour peice.

Solas has saved my ass so many times with Revival. Saved me the agony of many party wipes. I remember there was one time he sort of sacrificed himself and revived me. It happened on the play through when I romanced him so I like to imagine that played into his decision. It was during my first nightmare run, Redcliffe castle and I was struggling. The two rifts in the courtyard were kicking my ass and I was starting to regret bringing Solas with me. Two mages, an archer, and one tank was not cutting it, I wanted to start over and switch out Solas for blackwall. Second wave of the second rift and it's just me and Solas barely hanging on. Solas can only take one more hit when I went down. Before the game switched me to the last party member standing, Solas uses Revival then goes down. I was back up and able to use stealth to go revive Cass, who held off the last shades like a champ so I could proceed to revive Solas and Dorian. Didn't regret bringing him after that!

Nothing in the game was difficult after that.
