I suppose Jefferson was right after all. Mind you Jefferson never met the Unsullied when he made that statement.

No! I know you screamed it before passing out during the HoopQuisition, but I didn't realize that was actually the origin/inspiration of your name. That's cool
(truth be told, I just assumed your hubby's name was Roy)
Couple High School friends gave it to me after that vid went viral. "Lyn, that is so you!" Thus Lynroy was born
(Ha ha, don't have a hubby.)
And I haven't touched ESO at all.
I did the PC beta, wasn't impressed, and the subscription was a real turn off. Dropping the sub fee for consoles made me perk my ears up again, but when console beta weekend rolled around, I just wasn't interested.
Last call for me. *drains mug*

I cancelled my sub and quit (sub ran out at the 3 month mark) when I realised they would charge the subscription twice, one charge being the authorisation which would be returned to the bank account when the bank got around to it (anywhere between 5 and 15 working days depending on the bank). I felt sorry for those people who had signed up for a year sub, with ESO not saying they needed double the sub price available for it go through properly. I'm almost sure this would have been changed but they lost any trust I had for that.

What happened?
Long and rather...delicate story. Anyways I am sure the situation will resolve itself. Its just a matter of when at this point not if. :S
So I got Inquisition last night for the PS4 (through Amazon) but still do not have the console coming.

Just putting this out there. Bioware better not make the next DA an mmo. Or multiplayer/co-op heavy/based.
I kind of fear it will happen for the last game though whatever they make the last game.

Wow, brought Solas, Bull, and Cass to the Western Approach with me to hunt Alpha Quillbacks and not one word has been uttered among them. I didn't even murder a fennec this time! *drink to silent companions*

I want them to go back to a more linear type game, like the previous Dragon Ages and Mass Effect games. Open World is not there strong suit.

Yeah, Inquisition could have been done a lot better, especially with the ope world stuff. I guess we should be lucky Bioware got given an extra year to work on it I spose. Hopefully they learn from this and compact the next game a little in terms of empty / under utilised space.

For their first attempt at this I do not think it was a bad effort at all. They have nowhere to go from here but up. ANd also remember ME 1 was their first 'shooter'...

See, whenever I see someone say that, I can't help but wonder where that extra year was spent.

Making Solas and Cullen romance options, and cutting out a ton of stuff then polishing what was left a little is my guess.

They could have done far, far worse. Not even Skyrim kept me playing constantly this long. How long has DAI been out for now? I started playing the moment I could and played almost every day since, right til today.

I don't see it. For me, the game does not feel like it was extended for any longer than it was...

I fell in love with ESO leveling, graphics, story, NPCs, crafting, you name it, but....when it was the time to face endgame everything went to hell because, well, I wanted to play a dual wielding daggers NightBLADE, but then the optimal way to play this class and the get the most DPS out of it was using ROBES and a STAFF so you could maximize the amount of MAGIC in your character
!!!
Perhaps they fixed it (they lost A LOT of people because of similar class balance issues) and/or improved it, I have been considering given it another go if I find a nice and like minded group of people willing to join me in this journey **whistles innocently pointing toward the DQ members**
EDIT: Post 80!!! **drinks a tall glass of Vodka to celebrate**

All we know is Bioware officially told us it had been extended a year, and told us a few things they did in that year. Honestly I know nothing about how much work a few things for a video game actually takes developers, writers and artists etc to do. For example like 30-35 minutes of romance cutscenes for one character for example, not counting the voice/sounds. To get just that right could take a few months, I have no idea, but that is just one part of the team.
