Okay, this is completely a first world white girl problem, but I'm seeking help and you guys are pretty friendly and are usually quick with a link.

I preorder DA:I in either Feb or April 2014.  Somewhere along the way I ended up in the hospital right before it's release for 5 months (I'm feeling much better now, ty), but I was still pretty sick at home.  Now I'm somewhat functional!!!

Well I bought the tricked out nerd version with the box, tarot cards, figures, maps, etc.  I've just gotten well enough to function, sort of.

not to be Captain Obvious, but you are legally entitled to get a new receipt for any registered purchase you have made, whenever that possibly was.

 

That's where I would start. At least in any European country I can think of, every shop must have and provide a way to give you an extra new receipt for any past transaction you've had with them.

Make sure you are contacting the people/store etc that you purchased your game bundle thing from also FemShep, as well as asking for a copy of your transaction receipt. If you ordered through Origin, Bioware store, local store down the road etc then that's who you contact. I had a lovely 4 hour conversation with Origin support about my game a couple of months ago, lol, since I purchased mine digitally.

Thanks guys.  I did order through Origin, because they were the only ones who offered it.  I signed up first day at gamestop, but I think Origin came out with the package a few weeks later.  I could just pull it from my bank records.  It would be my only purchase from Origin.

I tried glueing stuff back together with modeling glue, but UPS smashed it but good!  It's not the money, I just wish the stuff wasn't broken:/  I do appreciate the help out.  Unfortunately, I don't fit the cookie cutter send in "x amount of money for a replacement", and I can't get any customer service rep who doesn't have a cut and paste response that actually applies.

Anyone know a good specialized customer service corridor to talk to a person who might know anything about specialized bundles bought from Origins?  I just haven't had any luck.  I'm afraid to follow they directions they gave me, pack everything up, and then never see any of it again.  They can't tell me if they stock replacement items...it's a bit weird.

I appreciate your ideas, and I will always drink to them *wink*.  Hate to bother you guys with this, but smashing my head against this brick wall hurts.

It's really nice of you guys to help me with the logistics of customer service site at all.

You guys are the best!  And if no one has further suggestions.  I'll just drink often, since it's customer service and hit it again tomorrow!

It's 8C outside this morning (5:20am) , but a few degrees colder inside my house. *shakes fist at paper thin walls and hardwood floors* So cold, too cold to sleep doona and blankets aren't enough. Cold enough to complain while playing DAI and considering swapping to Diablo 3. lol

That's the thing, a good teacher must be passionate about the subject he teaches, usually what happens is that the teacher fails to instill that enthusiasm in his/her students.

Yes well, the cat will likely be better at critter catching then I am lol. Bf decided he wants a tuxedo kitty, if there's one with the right personality. I want a grey tabby, so there may be some rock-paper-scissors stuff going on at the shelter if we can't agree lol
