Morning.

So, I'm getting a new laptop and I'm obviously not going to use Infernal Exploiter.   I've always used Firefox (and I'm using it on my PC right now) but the question is, would Chrome be the better choice?

Give me your opinions and dubious DQ wisdom!

(or don't if you don't really care and have better things to do, obviously)

Drink up.

I'd recommend Firefox.

I've used Firefox since Mozilla abandoned the suite (bastards) and before that was a netscape user since pre v1.  Tried out Chrome, didn't like.  Gotta go with Ashaantha here and sticking with what works.

So here's a little ditty I modified from Evita to celebrate the release of Netscape 7  (btw, toy factory and sky pilot were early skins)

Spoiler

Moving on... Doing the keep and I have to ask this.  Did anyone, ever, not kill Marjolaine?  I didn't even remember/realize there was an option to not kill her.  Not that  I was interested in that option anyway, of course.

I've done it. It's fine but not nearly as satisfying.

On my Mac, I use Firefox at home (because it's the only one that seems to work) and Safari at Uni, because that's just what I use. I don't use Chrome because I don't need to. On my personal laptop, I use Chrome. I have to say, Firefox is probably the better. It's a lot smoother and I prefer the way it's laid out.

I didn't kill her a few times. Not as fun as killing her.

I've done it once. I prefer killing her because I believe that is the only way to harden Leliana (you need the correct dialogue choices as well) which I prefer.

I let her go. I think, it was the best option.

The one thing I like about Chrome (based on rare desktop usage and using on my phone & tablet) is the way the bookmarks are shared.  Of course Firefox has its Sync but I'm not sure how good it is...?

I honestly don't remember.  I think my Prime setup in the Keep has her left alive, because as far as I could tell from my PT's quest results in DAO that's what happened.

I wasn't even aware there was such a thing.  To be brutally honest, there probably isn't really anywhere close that is going to be doing anything.

If it means I don't have to go outside, sure. Otherwise, no. I'll support in silence. Not that I don't support enough to go outside and rally. It's just I have deadlines coming up. Really, being on here is a distraction. I'm not going anywhere though. To addicted to this place.

It's today for Australia, just checked out the Aussie site for it. 17th/18th covers both hemispheres there I guess. Granted 'today' is only 3:30am right now lol.

They put it on the day of the week that many people will be staying at home rather than going out?  Why wasn't it the Monday instead?  Y'know, when people can do stuff at work to support it?  Weird.

According to that website:

The date of May 17th was specifically chosen to commemorate the World Health Organization’s decision in 1990 to declassify homosexuality as a mental disorder.
