Do you have any idea how complicated life is in situations that don't involve boarding enemy vessels or making summersault dropkicks off other people's chests? Ha ha! There's a reason I enjoy romancing companions as opposed to advisors. Makes combat more interesting to me. For example, just now was cut down by a Venatori swordsman and Solas turns right around and uses Stonefist on the guy. Knocked him on his ass. *drink*

Banter and crazy happenings in combat are what I love about it. "Leave my boy/girlfriend alone!" "Oh you did not just do that to my LI!"
Or pranks in combat. The number of times I've stood in front of Solas and dodged an attack meant for me only to have it hit him. I always imagine he glares at my Inquisitor afterwards.
