Cabot:  GO!

Sutherland:  Alright, Adventuring Company of the Inquisition, that's our cue!  Be ready with the rum and refill as they take their shots!

*The contest begins slowly and rather sedately as everyone downs shot after shot for the first five minutes without incident*

Leliana:  Ooh!  No, not her shoes!  Charter, quick, go take Dazzle out and get her cleaned up.  Poor dear.

Cabot:  Dammit, I said use the buckets!

Leliana:  Don't you dare touch her.  *stares Cabot down calmly, but Cabot sees the crazy behind her eyes...*

You see what I do for you, Dame? I took an arrow to the gentlemans sausage for you! *pulls the arrow out, trying to stop the pain from showing on his face* I'm still good though...

Madame Dame:  Men.  So easy to manipulate!

*Dame then takes her shot, utilizing a unique and never before seen style as she rests an arrow on her head and nocks it to the rubbery string she's tied between her horns*

Madame Dame:  Okay Rat, pull and release!

Leliana:  Interesting style, and surprisingly it did hit the target, but clearly not close enough to take the prize.

 

*The rest of the contestants take their shots without much drama, with the exception of Ashaantha who was disqualified for using a lightning bolt, necessitating replacement of the target*
 
Roly:  And that wraps up this years PirateQuisition competition!  Here are the points for the archery contest.

Sorry, guys and dolls, but I think the archery one is going to have to be the last competition.  It's not getting worse, but it's a steady seepage of water, so I'm gonna have to keep an  eye on my basement all day.  I friggin' hate saying this, but I hope I don't get anymore rain for a week or so. 

EDIT:  Unless someone else wants to take over after archery?

Roly: Here we are back in Redcliffe for the Archery contest! Nothing fancy, just hit the target in the bullseye if you can. Oh yeah, the target is on that rocking ship 100 yards out. You shoot from the docks.

Al: Humph. Child's play.



Varric: Bullseye with the first shot of the competition! We might as well wrap this up now.
