I've considered reading the books but what put me off, is I tried reading the first ME book? The one about Anderson in his younger years, when he meets Sanders.. Anyway, I couldn't finish it. I found it utterly boring.
And usually game based books are crappy.

I was addicted to True Blood but they completely fucked it from season 5 onwards.
Shittiest ending ever. Same with Dexter.. I was thinking what, that's it?
Well, ****. I'd been planning to eventually finish up True Blood. I used to faithfully watch it, but I didn't start it back up one season and just lost track of it. IIRC the last episode I saw ended with Eric (who at the time due to Lilith stuff IIRC could withstand the sun) sitting on some ice (or desert?!) in the sun reading a book, and suddenly he's vulnerable. Boom, ended. Great cliffhanger ending, actually.

It wasn't as good as the first, the plot was a bit disjointed, but it's a perfectly fun night out! The music is way better in the first film though, sadly.
