I DON'T BELIEVE THIS.

 

I hereby demand Luke Barrett (St. BLuke) of the DAMP team to be declared an honorary member of the Drinquisition.

 

There was this silly thread going on about how DAMP requires no skill (by a guy with so many promotions giving him stats that he could basically eat enemy attacks) and somehow it turned into a debate who came up with which build etc. etc. and who's the most veteran and awesome DAMP player.

 

Cut. Luke chimes in and brings you, my dear reader, this gem:

Nice. You could be right though. The Witcher does take a lot of inspiration from Western Folklore and Mythology.

I felt a need to share this.

 

So I discovered a fantastic bit of Dalish poetry/lullaby in the recently released World of Thedas, Vol 2. Moved by the words and accompanying art, I set the lullaby to my own tune and recorded it, etc etc. The recording quality is subpar, alas, and my skills with Audacity positively novice, but I'm pleased all the same.

Wow, it is beautiful! I am a musician (drummer, amateur now, tried to be a professional years ago) and it frustrates me to no end the lack of mastery of my voice. If I want to create music I need a keyboard, she simply using her voice created that, so powerful!

 

EDIT: This was my 111 post!! That should have some sort of obscure meaning, because of...reasons.

Just dropping this gem off from mah W3 playthrough DQ.  Identify Iron Arse's voice   *Raises a tankard to all*  Ooh, also pretty much did the bring the Halla to the Dalish quest except it was a goat and I had a bell dingaling!!
