Tact was never an option in DA games. The video of sarky Hawke shows why that shouldn't change.
The Inq repeats too many things as a question though.

To Leliana:
"Hey I heard you were close to the Divine, does that mean you were LOVERS!!!"
To Dorian:
"So you and Felix were close childhood friends. Does that mean you were LOVERS!!!"
I think those lines are in there to squash fan speculation.
If characters are the least bit close people start launching enough ships to fill a fleet. Fandoms sometimes act like two people can't like one another without fvcking.
Isn't this like saying the Warden has no tact because he can tell Leliana to go cook something for Alistair? I don't really like those sorts of questions, so I don't really see any better way to ask it. Even if you beat around the bush more in the language, it's still the same crappy inquiry.
Being tactless is different than being intentionally rude.
And really, the Warden was a funny guy/gal even when he's/she's rude, like that cooking comment. So friggin hilarious, hahaha.
Its quite simple really: fenris is uke, and anders is seme. That is definitely true. The whole Anders/Fenris thing in the fandom still baffles me.

If you really want to understand, Go and read some Yaoi.
I would have thought that it would be the other way around but, then again, Anders is possessed by Justice.
As for reading yaoi, I think I'll pass.
