you can download it but will still have to connect to Cerebus in game to activate it and use. I have it all installed but when I go to play the game, it says I need to connect to activate the DLC.

Hey...mine too...just started the game...then the 'cerberus com' in the main menu pops open. Then I check my reg game promos in this webby and the list is updated with the cerberus downloads (zaeed and the normandy crash).
