Hi,

 

Have been watching medal awards with the community event on.

 

Last night was at 12/15 on the community reward.

 

 

I've noticed the following bugs and want others to keep an eye out and provide feedback please:

 

1. After about 10 matches where I received at least 1 gold medal I am still at 12/15. No medals are being counted.

 

2. Playing archer and legionnaire I am consistently being awarded 49 weapon kills for silver, AND have a bronze award for staff kills.

I find it unlikely that I can consecutively achieve 49 kills for one.... and the staff kill award?

 

3. When I am at the prestige main screen I see "13 of 20" for community event however have 12/15 when I enter that section. Neither is actually correct for what I have achieved.

 

 

EDIT: where do you lodge a support ticket? After trolling around the best I could find was EA live support chat which states a 30min wait time.

Is there no actual bug/support for DAI?

I've noticed that I often see medals from previous matches at the tally screen.

For example I'll have just played Hunter and I've still got 65 maul kills and a 17 kill streak from the round before when I was Reaver, then after my next match my ~40 bow kills is added to the 40 from last match, and I've still got the Maul kills.. etc etc.

This problem usually goes away if I restart the game.

 

As for your actual prestige problem tallying your gold medals; it could be that the medal display problem is leading you to believe you have a problem with your prestige tally.. ie. the Tally screen is still displaying gold medals from previous matches at the end of matches where you did not earn that medal.

Could be however the medal for not dieing should be awarded each match at minimum. The kills etc add some scope for error but that medal should be awarded each match where I meet the criteria. It was on the tally screen and not adding to the total.

Ok... was that your only match in that play session as a staff wielder, and do you really think you killed more than 50% of all the mobs?

See my earlier post about how sometimes the after-match report seems to add kills and streaks from previous matches onto the tally for your current one.

Well, it was not the first one - true, but each previous session had something, no blank tallies and'or tallies that looked suspicious.

 

As for the exact number, I could not count, but I was outleveling most in that given pug, and I did kill plenty of mobs, and my staff tracker had advanced too.
