Its just Cosmetic? Damn mages would of been something I'd play if you could strafe and cast normal spells like archers maybe call it Spell Dance and make it a passive abiliy or even an ability that lasts for 10 to 15 seconds with a 5 second cool down.
Also the left on D-Pad is not used for nytthing so why not make it the button you press t switch from Bow to daggers? Or have that option in the wheel?
If I waned to complain I wouldn't post on a message boad in the first place. Mainly because they wot let you curse and I love typing the words ****** and ***** and ****** but you get warnings. Also because conplaning is a waste of time. Addresssing your issue and prviding thoughts for others to expand on, discuss or debate with you while sharing thoughts and IDeals about what you think as my generation doesn't have a lot of Groups of friends that all enjoy games on a level that I do (addiction, geek, tweekin, nerd word, or what have you). Instead of smoking I play games. Instead of smoking after the occasional, or yearly..(bi annual) with Reality Game of Life female Human Social class that are 5 years younger or that one time times 20 or 25 with that young blonde temptress thief (all sorts of warpd classes in the real world) even after id caught her stealing my ADD meds, DVDS, a cellphone, and my Moms Car....true story, So yea the Romance is a bit empty and afterwards im like pardon me while I burst into flames o I ignore her and play a game hoping she'll ask for a ride home soon, unless another romance opportunity comes up in the dialogue choices.
I and others seem to complain or bring up negativity become the buzzkill but that is not what some of ae doing. We are gamers, and by default have our own ideals and perspectives on what a game should or should not do and wha we prefer or consider to be top tie, GOTY or what have you and you may be surprised to find that those that like ti the most are the ones posting abou how something isn't what they want it to be because they really wanted it to be the game they wanted to experience (games are addictive and I recommend breaks every 2 or atleast 3 hours during marathons. Games are the future of al etetianment especially in the area of competitive strategy or war games that we cant really play out in real life like basketball baseball or football. But we can play increasingly (slowly oh sooo slowly) enhanced games that are now bring skill to the controller and will hopefully give those with a copettivie spirit something to be proud of if they aren't into sports (I loved playing but it got so boring practice everyday after school I quit and don't regret it even though I was good. I d rather go home and play Final Fantasy or MGS etc.
I believe that as consumers of entertainment especially games, need to complain about every thing tha bothers us in a game. I love DRAGON Age so far. I Loved DA2 and would play origins if it wasn't so point and click (DA2 and DAI are missing what Origins had and Origins is missing what the two sequels have)
Don't be upset im not. DAI is a great game BIOWARE but ill give ya tough lough straight from the keyboard. It can be done 20 times better and at this point my standards are only lower until a certain monster hunting wolf medallion wearing beast of a man/mutant saves me from RPG Purgator and FPS HELL
