Hey everyone. it is me and my problems and questions.

See, in previous DA games, there was no need for you to be logged in to Origin in order to sign in to your account and actually sync your account. So basically I could log in in the game whenever I wanted to my origin/through origin and upload my progress and stuff. Now here, to use the keep and transfer the world state created, we need to sign in to origin/game servers in the game. Here is the problem. As I said, previously we did not need to logged in to origin in order to log in through/in the game and stuff that I said, but now it keeps telling me you should be logged in to origin to connect to the servers. So I can not use the keep even though I have three made world state. I do not have origin but do have an origin account (or I would have not been able to create world states). And for some reasons, I rather not. any help on this logging in issue would be appreciated.

I don't underside. Your account on this forum - the email you're using - is an origin account. That's all you need to use the keep. What platform are you on?

I`ve tried with both this account and another account which I use for gaming purposes not chatting. When I am in the game menu and click on "log in" to log in to the servers and use the keep, it gives me a message that I should be logged in to my origin account in order to connect to the severs. When I click on "keep" next to it, nothing happens.

I`m on PC.

So get Origin, Log in to it with the email DAI is registered to. That is the account you need to use and, you need Origin.

"you must be signed in to origin to access online feature....." blah blah blah. and that dragon age keep tab, when I click on it, nothing happens.

It does not even let me to enter my mail and ssword, just gives the above mentioned error.

Now, I downloaded the Origin, installed it, updated it, logged in to it, then ran the game, tried to log in from there too, still the same stupid error. "you must be signed in to origin to access online feature. plese go online in the origin window and try again," I checked and I WAS on.

You can't play the game without Origin (unless you pirated it)

Un-install the game and then Origin. Then re-install origin, logging in with the account used to purchase DA:I and then install the game and log into the same account. (You had to do this on DA:O and DA2 as well)

I will try that. But I doubt it would work, cause the copy of the game I have is my friends copy. So he`d had used the verification code. Also, I dont remember ever rgisteringneither DAO nor DA2 on origin. I installed them, played them, logged in to my origin account/bioware account in the game and uploaded my progress. I synced my game with my Bioware/BSN account but did not register it on Origin. So I thought something like this was possible with DAI but it is not it seems. Because whatever I do, it does not let me to log in to neither of my accounts.just keeps saying go make origin go online, which is the same even when origin is running.

You'll need to log into his account as you don't own the game

I have similar problem. Game worked just fine about month ago. Now, when i wanted to play it over again i have very same error. Problem is:

you must be signed in to origin to access online feature

And i am! I`m starting the game from origin! Also keep via web working just fine.
