Hi everyone,

 

I was wondering if there was some consensus on this topic? When you equip the belt and look under your stats it does state that the Focus gain bonus is 0%.

 

My question is has it been tested as simply being displayed improperly or has the item been shown to have no effect?

Just use the master to be sure. It displays properly and im sure the 5% decrease isnt very noticable.

How widespread is this? Mine seemed to work too well during huge mobs in the JoH dlc, earn full Teir 3 twice shockingly enough

It used to be a bug, but now it's fixed. I'm wearing it in the PS3 version and it displays the proper focus gain.

I realize this is old post but I am having the same issue, Not working at all. I have a few Master Belt, one of focus and one Guard.

 

Neither are working at all. Tested this to confirm, although the guard is easy to confirm.

Hm, that's odd because I have 60% Focus gain wearing the belt and master-crafted armor on my Artificer.

Yea, I have used these before, but on this playthrough I ran to the Basin and stealthed around and got few of them really early level. I wonder if that has anything to do with it?

 

But yea I put a 30% on Sera, and the 35% on main, and she got 300% way faster. And it shows 0% on my character sheet. Same for the Guard one. When I get sec 

I just checked all my characters, and on my other 3 27's and one of my 25's they are all not working, neither the 35% focus, or the guard one. None are working.

You have any idea why? Kind of sucks.

 

EDIT:

 

I just check all the other "Master" Belts, tonics, grenades etc.. They all appear to work. It appears that I can't get the focus one or the Guard one to work at all. Wonder if this is a bug that can be fixed, or its intermittent?

Sorry for the necro, but I just wanted to confirm whether or not the focus belts actually work now?

The vanilla focus belts (normal, enhanced, and superior) all work now.

The Master Focus Belt (from the Jaws of Hakkon DLC) does not work, however.
