We'll be driving around around a zone looking for historical artifacts and gathering resources.

Oh wait, ME1 already had that and it sucked.

It wasn't nearly as bad as Inquisition, though. Somehow.

I haven't played Mass Effect at all. I don't have the time to get into it.

Based on what I've seen online, I'm not interested in fighting a space war that involves alien races. We're already getting a new Star Wars film to enjoy.

Personally I'd rather see try something that's similar to the Honor Harrington novels, or Gundam, where it's just humanity warring against itself in outer space.

I guess the OP is just that excited about it, haha.

The difference is being in the middle of it and not the side lines. Saying that is like saying you have no time for dragon age because the next season of Game of Thrones is coming up.

I'm feeling very ambivalent about ME4. It's a game I probably won't be buying at launch, and that's really rare for me, when it comes to Bioware games. The problem is still ME3's abysmally conceived ending - it just soured the series for me. I don't know how I'll feel about another game set in the same universe knowing what happened in ME3. Me and the space-boy don't really fit in the same universe, I think.

When it does come out, I think I'll just wait at least until I've read some reviews, and seen the public reaction to the game, and then decide whether to buy it.

After the ME3 ending debacle it's going to take something pretty damn special to get me interested in ME4.

Speak for yourself, I loved roaming around the planets and occasionally finding something mysterious that hinted at the Protheans and Reapers! And like in DAI, it was optional.

Not to mention the two are totally different, one used recycled environements left and right, the other one...every single bloody cave was unique and hand crafted.

I might get interested in ME4 despite myself, being around here during the launch build-up of DAI had that effect but like you I'll be holding off pre-ordering and taking a wait and see attitude before I buy.

ME3 was just that much of a disappointment.

Speculation and analysis found on this forum is, somehow, more thoughtful and thorough than the rambling in that segment.

I hope they're telling the truth when they say Inquisition won't be a big influence on ME 4.

I loved the ME series and can honestly say your missing out if you think you won't play it simply because you don't have time.

As for ME4 hinging on the success of Dragon Age, that's rather dumb. ME4 has already started development although little is known at this time. And it started before DAI's release.

And people need to get over the ending of ME3 and stop pointing to it every time the series is mentioned. I hated it as well but the reworked ending and the additional content and DLC made it all come together nicely.

@ leaguer

I don't watch "Game of Thrones". It's dehumanizing and barbaric. If there's one thing you can learn from that show is this:

All Men Betray

what we are going to get:

we are going to have the hammerhead in area with aoe explosion enemies and have collect every piece of the crucible AND THE CITADEL on foot

WHile reapers grow from the ground while TIM comes back from the dead [like corypheus] and then is looking for something called the anchor to keep the leviathans that are coming from a hole in the terminus systems called the breach.

also liara's there and she has a crossbow named little bird

a sorry she will only hint at to the protagonist if they are paragon enough

oh and the real ending was harbinger gave his life to power marauder Shields's shields and harbinger died after marauder shields died.
