From the official website of DA we can find the timeline. It is said that Lord Seeker Lambert disbanded the Circle of Magi in 9:40. But in DAI, when I looked at the codex/characters/Cassandra, I found Lucius had become the Lord Seeker in 9:39. When I firstly went to Val Roy and saw Lord Seeker Lucius leaving, Cassandra commented and I asked her how she knows Lucius. She said Lucius became the Lord Seeker after Lambert's death two years ago. So when did Lambert die?

 

In the codex/characters/Divine Justinia V, it is said in the year 9:40 Justinia called a summit intending to negotiate a truce. But in the codex/history/the conclave, Justinia wrote a note in 9:41. So She called the summit in 9:40 but the conclave was held in 9:41?

 

The time of the conclave could be consistent but I am still confused by the death of Lambert. Opinions?

Not sure about the death of Lambert, maybe an oversight but the calling of the conclave can be explained. The Divine could have called for the meeting but the conclave would have taken time to get together, especially in times of war, so that inconsistencies is excusable.

Same doubt about Lord Seeker Lambert's death. Just waiting for The World of Thedas 2, maybe it becomes clear.
