Color wheel selection uses previous value?

This is more an annoyance than anything else, I suppose, but I'm interested to hear if anyone else has experienced it:

In the CC, whenever there's a color wheel selection involved, the color displayed on the character is sometimes actually the previously selected color. For example:

1. Select the eyelash color option

2. Click on a light color. The color doesn't change.

3. Click on a dark color. The lash color changes to the light color previously selected.

I haven't seen anyone mention this, but it's difficult to understand how it could be a problem specific to my machine.

In my experience it switches to the proper colour only on the first selection for eyelashes. Otherwise yes, behaves as you describe.

OK - so it seems like a simple zero-based array bug. Annoying, but as long as we're aware of it, I guess it's not a big deal given all the more serious bugs being reported.

Anyone know if there's an official bug report mechanism? I didn't see anything in a cursory look.

Oh, it just occurred to me that it IS a problem when you're sharing/reusing a character's settings using screenshots of the sliders. The selection displayed on the wheel WON'T be the actual value used, and there'll be no way to figure out what it really is.

Yeah I've noticed this too.

It's annoying as hell that the colours are completely different in CC than in the game. I never use make up on my characters because they always ended up looking like clowns despite it looking good in CC.

Whatever it is, I have tried to make a  character with brown eye shadow and three times now it has been either blue or pink, despite the colour wheel registering it as brown.

I tried to change lip colour and nothing happened at all.

?

Ok, even better: I got green eyeliner this last time.
