while it is a good ability it is often rendered useless when you get flanked after you place your initial mark then you jump back to your second one and instantly take 4 arrows to the knee... yes i did just say that.
please BW fix this please, please, please maybe even gain 1 second of stealth after using it for the second time because the current upgrade does more harm than good why would a stealth class want to pull an enemy back with it lol fail bw fail
fallback plan rogue ability does not remove aggro

it works, it just only removes aggro from the target your actually behind, all the archers near you will aggro you, que up a shot, and the second you leave stealth will instafire at you

You know you can stealth, then return with stealth still active right?

Fallback plan doesn't say it drops agro, and it shouldn't necessarily need to dump agro anyway.
It also suffers from the same basic problem as stealth, in that it doesn't break targeting (try stealth in the middle of a room while you already have archers aiming at you).
As for pulling an enemy with you, this is actually pretty good for grabbing the highest threat target in a pull and dragging it back to your party. I doubt it would actually work on a commander (not tested myself), but if it does you could also use it to drag them away from your allies if things are getting bad.
