Another vote for Dragon Age II (lol)
Inquisition.
Inquisition
But only just, all three have their places.
I love both Origins and Inquisition for very different reasons. But, I think I will have to go with Inquisition. :-)

I have an idea...
A "BSN Wars"
Text mmo rpg game... pick from three factions. DA:O, DA:2 and DA:I.
Only two types of class... PC gamer and console gamer.
Basically attacks are flame insults to opposing sides... for instance, a DA:O player can say to a DA:I player, "You aren't a real RPG, you're a mongrel action adventure lolz."
DA:2 can say to DA:I, "Your story and cinematics suck, mine is waaaaaaaaay better."
And DA:I can say to you all, "Well I made the most money so suck it!"
I like both, but if I am forced to choose I would say Origins.
Nope, can't pick, they all have their pros and cons.
Story: DAO - average fantasy stuff, DA2 - all well and ok, if you forget that there was act3, DAI - all over the place with some interesting moments. Essentially they are all prologues, can we have main story now, please?
Combat: do not care, as long as it doesn't heavily relies on reflexes I'll adapt.
Characters and the way they are handled: DAO - average for the most part, DA2 - for the most part nope, DAI - for the most part a step up into the right direction.
Still Origins, still far too many choices in the game, it's more direct and seems filled with less faff.
DAI if for no other reason than a fully voiced protagonist. I do like the focused narrative of DAO, but at this point it is graphically dull, has boring and slow-paced combat, and the lack of VA makes it difficult to replay. In 2009 it was the greatest game I ever played, but it's 2015 and games have taken on a level of graphic realism I would have never imagined back then. To me it's like saying computers were built so much better in 2009 than they are now. I loved my 2009 computer, but my 2014 model annihilates it.
Origins.
better how?
DA:I has better exploration, NPCs remember what my PC said few convos before, game looks way better, there's crafting (it's a start). it's packed with lore, and finaly a romance option i actually enjoyed /yay
DA:O: superior combat experience, PC i could customize (not only visuals but the voice, play the role of Warden as i see fit), multiple choices (even if insignificant), side-quests with more dialogue options than 'ok, i'll do that', mage didn't have 'default' staff and could wear plates, dark humour of 'stupid evil' Warden. i never had a 'please shut up for a sec, I want to say something' moment regarding a NPC
DA2: brilliant story line - for the first time PC is a commoner with no special powers/mission. Hawke reacts to events, he/she isn't the cause. there is no ultimate evil, there are just people
overall? Origins. i like RPGs more than sandboxes/movies.
