lol Do you even have to ask?
Origins of course
I believe Bioware will never beat that masterpiece, along with the first Mass Effect

Origins story was very safe, i prefer Inquisition, for the engine and because Inquisition will have others Dlc, DAO without the mods and the support of the community is nothing.
As much as I love Origins, I should recognize that my enjoyment of the game wouldn't be the same without mods. But even that is a plus, because DAO is the only installment that had an available toolset.

DA:O is by far my favorite. After years of not being able to finish party based and tactical-ish rpg's, I bought DA:O on a whim and played through it 3 times back to back. I have also replayed it several times since. To me the mark of a great game isn't how many awards it's won or how highly praised it is or some review score. It's being able to go back and replay it and never getting tired of it. Even if you replay it years later and know it so well, that you can beat the game in your sleep. Honestly I liked DA 2 and DA:I, but I really can't compare them to DA:O. Because much like Doom, it's on of those games that's in a league of it's own.

Da:I because I have a strong hatred of the warden after reading all the whining.

I'm finding it's more enjoyable to replay my main Inquisitor than it is to replay my main Warden, so.....DAI.

DA:O
Even DA2 is better than DA:I.
Ahh..common man, now you are trolling, even Deep Sea Trophy Fishing was better then DA2.

Dragon Age Inquisition.
If I want a (choppy) version of "A Song Of Ice And Fire", I'll watch "Game Of Thrones".

Both I also enjoyed DA2.
I may end up playing DA inquisition longer than DAO because I hated the DR and after doing that many times so my warden could continue with Alistair after the archdemon was killed; dying or having Alistair die a few times; then switching to Zev, I got tired of marrying Alistar to Anora so I could see Alistair in a somewhat happy relationship.
I can play DAI for years and not have to talk the "love of my characters life" into having sex with someone he hates. I enjoy this. So far there hasn't been anything I won't enjoy doing more than once. Even Solas and Blackwall.

Inquisition.
Lots to love about others in the series but I'm 500 hours plus into inquisition on multiple plays and not even close to done. I didn't have the combined in the previous two.

There was a thread "Where does DA:I rank among Bioware games you played?"
http://forum.bioware...mes-you-played/
And I found in that thread that people who rank DAI higher than DAO are almost as much as those who rank DAO higher than DAI. I didn't count that exactly so this is just my rough estimation.
No harm to say it again: IMO, DAI is better.

Origins because for me, DAO is one of Bioware's best games.

No, I'm completely serious. DA2 had lots of flaws but the story was good and the overall product was entertaining. I also liked the companions.
DA:I has lots of good points but is riddled with so many frustrating issues that the overall experience isn't very fun.

Origins is overall the best game, with a captivating story line, brilliant characters, excellent set pieces, good tactical combat (though the combat itself is clunky with lots of shuffling) and a solid RPG.
II is a good game too, with a good story, also brilliant characters (though Awakening's Bro-Anders is far better than II's Emo-Anders) and the combat whilst sped up significantly and at times with silly enemies raining down on you, was still tactical enough to be enjoyable, though I always felt it was too cartoon'y. The raining men issue also got tackled in good form with the DLCs with Legacy having some really engaging combat. The re-used set pieces are a thorn in the eye, but that's only a minor dent in what was a rocksolid game. DA II was an actionized RPG ... "awesome button".
My rating is Origins being a solid first place, II being a solid second place and Inquisition picking up the scrabs. I wouldn't even place it, because it would imply standing on the same pedestal as Origins and II ...
