I'm not worried at all. Because of the infinite negative feedback loop of the forums and elsewhere on the internet, Bioware may have taken the hint that it's best to hide their plans until the last possible second. Every time they don't, they get their own words thrown back in their face, repeatedly.
Consider:
- If they had already announced story DLC, then a vocal segment would be crying about how we were sold an incomplete game.
- If they announce story DLC now, then a vocal segment will cry about how they're making new content before they've fixed all the bugs. The above vocal segment will commence crying about being sold an incomplete game.
- If they don't announce story DLC, then a vocal segment will cry about Bioware has abandoned the game, and a different vocal segment will point to it as proof that the game failed.
Since they can't actually win for trying, it's best to simply remain silent and give any vocal segment less to seize upon and throw back in their face. When they do finally announce something, it will be a pleasant surprise. If they announce it now and anything changes, they will never, ever, ever hear the end of it.
