First let me say im most serious about it is not a joke.

As Dragon Age inquisition is a masterpiece, by all of his virtues, compassing a lot of new concepts from other games like giant areas, fedex quests, grinding and so on, im requiring politely a new, but popular feature: climb towers.

We know Assassins creed was the first to use it, but we see more AAA titles that sold very well using it like Farcry.

I think it would be an awesome thing, you escalate a tower to reveal map, and it can give some bonuses too. What you think? Cool !

Um... both Assassin's Creed and Farcry are owned by Ubisoft. I wouldn't be surprised if they'd trademarked viewpoints. :D

That would be especially useful for the areas that are blocked off.

And since BW is owned by EA how about making mining ores take time. A lot of time. Unless you pay with real cash for "workers" who will mine the ores for you?

Why do we even need to explore maps? Most of the time we're in known areas and our scouts went in there ahead of us. Shouldn't Scout Harding hand us a map of the area the moment we arrive?

The subject is 'reveal maps', not 'should war table ops take longer and be expensive?'

Sorry, I thought it was, "Please add shitty mechanics to the game" . I also want more QTE's.

Well BW already stole the codex layout from Far Cry so I wouldn't put it past them.

In a world where you can trademark the words "mutant" and "superhero", why does that surprise you?

As Dragon Age inquisition wants to be a masterpiece, by all of his imaginated virtues, compassing a lot of used concepts from other games like giant areas, fedex quests, grinding and so on, im requiring politely a new, but popular feature: using cover.

We know Battlefield 4 (first FB3 game) wasn't the first to use it, but we see more AAA titles that sold very well using it like FEAR franchise and so on.

I think it would be an awesome thing, you shoot an arrow, miss it and hide behind a crate. It can give some bonuses too. What you think? Cool!

oh my

ignorance is bliss

EDIT: it seems like it's "we are not innovative anymore. it's hard to think of something cool and new, so let's just sue other people for using the thing we did once and now everybody does because of us" mechanics. not a fan of that, nope. someone should trademark wheel

I was surprised the "Forward Scouts" Secrets perk didn't do this, honestly.

Did you know that the wheel was patented in Australia in May 2001? ^^

Revealing the map would be annoying, because it removes a clue as to where you haven't been yet.

Plus Dragon Age doesn't have a climbing mechanic and doesn't really need one.

No, it wouldn't be annyoing. You could get a map showing the map borders, the landmarks, the features of the land (rivers, mountains, roads, houses etc) and it would get colored in when you explore it. Woods would be shown in green, water in blue etc.

I agree though, we do not need towers. We do have ladders we can climb already, so that part wouldn't be new.

Agree with the first point. The fog of war lets me be certain about where I have and haven't been. When your only defining landmarks on maps (apart from camps, quest markers, etc) are 'a bit of a bump here' and 'a slightly darker smudge there' it can be difficult to keep track of exactly where you've been. If you're in a linear area then that's less of a problem. If you're in a wide open map that you're not going to explore all in one sitting... ugh.

Man that is awesome! We need more ideas! I really think that every good idea from any existing game should be Incorporated to the master piece of bioware! A lot of features are already inserted but we need more.

What? This is a great idea! I thought that the jump was just a great addiction, but climbing that would be fantastic! Also a first person mode it would be cool! And about Deathmatches?

An other thing i didnt related but its most cool: add a companion app, it would be super! Imagine to play on your smartphone too, and adding some extras for the people who pay for the app. Cool.

Course im serious, as serious as Laidlaw and Darrah, when they stated they needed to copy Skyrim features because this game sold so well. There is a problem however, they failed to acknowledge that Skyrim is uttermost popular due to the extensive modding capabilities, but hey, if you cant mod the game, you can sell more DLC!
