You mean like Jacob's bulge and Kaiden/Cortez/Shepard washboard abs and giant aerola, while femshep has twig arms and legs?

I don't recall femshep having twig legs.

Well you can't really be serious can you? We all know that future means, body-hugging sexy spandex like stuff that is part-armour part-spacesuit. Also all women are hot, no matter what species. Its the future of course it better than real life.

Well to be fair, she wasn't the only one. Grunt, Mordin, Samara, Jacob and Zaeed all only had breather masks as well. That was just overall poor design for the games situation. Everyone should have had more space worthy outfits for that part of the game.

Grunt has a helmet, but his arms are exposed as I recall. I agree about the others and would add Jack, and Kasumi to the list. I used Miranda as an example. In my opinion, the game about space should at least give it some credit by not having people walk in it with just breather masks (or at least explain how is that possible). And I have a similar problem with ME3 when Shepard can walk without helmet or a breather mask on Menae, Sur'Kesh, Rannoch and Tuchanka. Is the atmosphere on all these worlds that similar to Earth?

Im the krogan's case I think it's because they havw narural plate armour and not all Krogan aer Biotics Wrex was but I'm pretty sure that Grunt wasn't and a lot of the krogan you fight in ME2 on Tuchanka werem't either. A lot of the krogan that served Saren I think were though.

I think especially ME3 has more important problems that they should fix (but probably won't)

Yes all of those atmosphere are similar to earth, most are explained in the planet codex and Menae specifically had James commenting that it was lighter than Earth's atmosphere.

Some of y'all are prudes. I don't know how you would handle living in many places in Europe where sexuality isn't shied away from at all.

I don't know where you live, but women in the military usually wear the same uniform as them men. There is no special ballistic vest for women either. Everything is unisex.

I like t&a as much as the next guy, but cleavage, high-heels etc should be limited to casual outfits. Everything else looks unprofessionell, especially in a military environment.

It's a remaster not a remake.

Yes how many squadmate on the Normandy are actually Military? Kaiden/Ashley, James.....and that's about it everyone else are civilians, Shepard was a civilian in ME2.

I didn't manage to find anything in the planet codex. I did find note on Menae atmosphere bot nothing on the atmosphere on Tuchanka, Sur'Kesh, Thessia or Rannoch. One thing I did find is that surface temperature on Tuchanka is 72°C (36°C in shrouded areas). That's pretty damn hot

And everyone has an optional armor as well, Miranda, Ashely, Liara, Jack has a more "adequate" outfit as well, Tali is an armor. Also, there's the possibility that they like to dress themselves that way. Like you said, most characters aren't from the military and some of them even explains their reasons for choosing outfit X and Y, like Jack.

I'll have to go look over them, I was read most of them last night, Sur'kesh is said to be earth-like only wetter.

Jack and Samara have armor? Miranda has a very nice Cerberus armor in ME2, but it's DLC and she wears it all the time if you equip it. And still no helmet.

I didn't mentioned Samara because I don't know how Justicars operates. Like stated before, they aren't part of the military so any type of armor might not be a requirement. And Jack, the OP wants less unnecessary exposure, there's an outfit for that. Miranda has an armor, period. Saying that she doesn't is a false statement.

Other than some graphical upgrades (1080p and 60fps most likely) and maybe some last-gen to current-gen bug fixes, I doubt there will be any substantive changes to ME1-3.

In future installments though, I would like to see everyone in the party wearing full coverage battle armor (with helmet) while in hostile environments and combat zones. If we need to see their face for cinematic purposes, adding opaque-to-transparent face plates would be fine, or possibly an Iron Man "Inside the helmet" camera angle. Sending Miranda or Jacob into hard vacuum with nothing but a mouth and nose cover was just silly, no other way to say it. Now on board the ship or in safe hub zones, they can wear whatever Bioware wants to give them, be it military uniforms, work coveralls, really tight muscle shirts, or stilettos and body paint.

Well its just a rumor but Armors will be applied directly over casual clothing in the next ME so there's that.

Which I think totally detracks the armour design. ME1 had realistic and believable armour design, as it was practically a BioSuit with add-on armour. ME2 tried to uphold it (and ultimately failed), and ME3 threw almost all credibility out of the window.

From what I've seen, armor in ME:Next looks like a hybrid between ME1 and ME3

This.

Every character should be wearing proper armor (with an optional helmet) into battle. If they are going to be wearing clothing that shows some skin, it should be limited to clothing they wear while off duty.

That isn't to say that armor designs can't have some sex appeal as well...just that it should not come at the cost of making that armor seem like it would not perform it's intended function. And I think the more form-fitting armors are fine. We don't need to have every character look like a Space Marine from Warhammer. I'd argue that the bulkier tank-like armors (like N7 Defender armor) mostly look silly on anyone not Krogan.

-Benezia, half naked Asari and skin tight outfits appear in the first game.

-Depends on how you look at it, they did meet other races that jumped started human tech by thousand years.

-Were did I mention eye protection? and the only way you'd notice those vest would be undress those person.

you have no problem with it but you're calling for it to be removed??

1- benezia appears on a mission, the other boobs do not as far as i know.

2- i look at it from the actual canon point of view.

3- you did not mention eye protection. have you ever tried putting the hose of the vacuum cleaner over your eye and turning it on?

4- are you misinterpreting me on purpose or can you just not grasp what i am trying to say? if the former is the case: stop it, if the latter is the case then maybe you should not be taking part in this discussion.

The chance of any change being made to content in a current gen port are so small as to be in the realm of measurement error.

Eh so now Liara's armor is also a problem why? because it shows that she's female? I see no reason why developers should either make every female character either flat chested or placed into Androgynous suits because some people have a problem with sexuality.

Straw man: If I object, then I have a problem with sexuality.

I don't care if Liara wore a more revealing outfit while on shore leave during the citadel DLC.  She's on shore leave.  She's expected to dress casually.

And I just threw her name out there.  Her armor is relatively tame compared to Miranda, Jack  (ME2) or Samara, but I digress...

The  idea that body armor must conform to every contour of the female anatomy is laughably preposterous. There is no practical reason for it!  It's basically insulting to ME as a dude because it feels like the developer is saying, "if we don't appeal to his basest instincts, then he'll lose interest in the game".  If you happen to know any fairly well endowed women who work out, ask them why they wear restrictive sports bras.
