I love Calpernia, I really hope she will be an ally in the Next game or DLC.
(also I love her hair, its adorable!)

What age would you guys give her? I'm unaware if that's been mentioned somewhere in-game or otherwise acknowledged by the writers.
She looks like she's in her early-to-mid 30's to me.

She stole it from Anora lol

I'd say the same. She has an interesting face. It's almost as if you can perceive she's seen a few unpleasant things, but she's still quite attractive. I wish I had managed to give my Inquisitor such a striking face.
She also has a better hairstyle than any female Inquisitor ![]()
I found it hypocritical of her to have a goal of ending what makes Tevinter bad and yet has no problem doing those things.

What are you refering to?

Hypocrisy is the binding character trait that almost all Dragon Age characters share. Calpernia is no different. The women hates the idea of slavery yet leads an army of blood magic controlled rebel mages and red lyrium addicted templars. Suppose she believes in that greater good crap. Oh well, at least she has a beautifully smile with those teeth of hers.
What are you refering to?
Well, for example she condemns slavery and yet has no problem using mages that were turned into brainwashed slaves.

Sounds like a Dragon Age character ![]()

I guess the brainwashed part makes it okay in her eyes.
Are the mages slaves though? Because Linnea (or whatever her name was) was a rebel mage. Yet she doesn't treat her as a slave.
Sounds like a Dragon Age character

@Hanako:
I see no evidence of brainwashed, blood-magic controlled mages anywhere except with the Wardens. And that's Erimond's doing. That's the only time I'll reply to this particular accusation unless new evidence is presented, since I know you and your extremism from the threads about Blackwall.
I seldom post on the forums but I absolutely adore Calpernia!
Have been waiting for a thread like this :]

So, I guess Fiona just really wanted to kill me at Haven for no reason.

Actually I think there was mention of some kind of brainwashing for the Rebel mages Fiona sold to Tevinter if you side with the Templars

All the Southern Mages are slaves to the Venatori. If you don't end that by siding with the mages, they remain as such.

Fiona is brainwashed when you fight her at Haven.
But even ignoring the mages and only looking at the Wardens, she still supports that since she supports Corypheus.

Well we did side with the templars.

Glad to help *bows with flourish*. Before I made the thread, I was wondering why it didn't already exist, two and a half months after release.

Where do you find this? It's not implausible, but I don't recall any document hinting at it.
As for Fiona, she could've been deceived into believing the Inquisition is an arm of the Chantry. It's not even far-fetched. We allied with the Templars, what else can she think?

I heard Dorian talks about it
Fiona is a moron but she's not THAT stupid lol
From the wiki:
If the Inquisitor chooses to meet with the templars instead of the mages, then Fiona and her compatriots would be brainwashed by the Venatori and used in the attack on Haven, in which the Inquisitor is forced to fight her. She appears in the final wave during the battle, and the Inquisitor's team engages her and a number of Venatori in a pitched battle. Fiona is unsuccessful in stopping the Herald and is killed.

She did sell her own people into slavery.
I don't think you can get any more stupid than that.

I think attacking a supposed arm of the Chantry which would further make everyone even more weary of Mages would be more stupid
The wiki article is an interpretation. I am waiting for in-game evidence. As for the indentured servitude hinted at by Alexius, as bad as that is, it's temporary.
I would also like to point out that slavery is endemic in Tevinter. You can't just run an organization and free all the slaves held by magisters in your organization. You also can't just tell a magister in your organization how to do his job.
And lastly, condemning people for not being morally perfect appears to be a pastime here on BSN. I don't have words to express how much I detest that.
