My god, what happened

the voice actor had some acting lessons or something because he didn't sound like this at all in DA2

He was so bland in that game

When he first showed up in DAI I was in a bit of a shock

It depends on your Hawke. If you were a male 'Paragon' Hawke or a Sarcastic one the whole thing seems rather aggressively over-acted for the most part. Just because he's always snarling and grim in ways that your own Hawke was not.

No-no-no, OP, you're mistaken. It wasn't Hawke who was bland in the game, it was the game that was bland and had Hawke in it. Since, IMO, DA:I is a significant improvement over DA2, Hawke got improved along with it.

Diplomatic Hawke was good. He was just at the end of his rope after everything that happened.

I actually found the acting to be a lot more bland due to Hawke's lines being a lot more neutral? Sarcastic Hawke in DA2 was super colorful (loved it).

Honestly, the Hawke that is with the inqusition was an imposter anyway, since my main Hawke, whom is fighting against templars was made a general in Fiona's army, and Fiona doesn't have plot stupidty in my game.

Pretty much as I found a lot of it just nonsense to make the inqusitior look better

To each their own... I really disliked Hawked VA in this game.  In DA2 I thought he was great... *shrug*

Female Hawke was much better in DA2. Her motivation also made a lot more sense. Her sudden worship of everything Grey Warden in DA:I makes absolutely no sense.

Same , I uploaded a female hawke who was funny and used blood Magic and all......and she come off as angry mixed with Noble . What was that ?

Really? I dont hear that much of a difference....
But that was prolly because i was crying too loud to hear anything... what did they do to my hawke?
