Yeah, Cole answers the question of who is Inquisition's vilest villain with that banter. My reaction pretty much mirrored Cassandra's: a brief "Wha- Did you just say that?!" double-take followed by a snicker and full agreement. Love these two to bits.

 

Florianne is probably close, but seeing as how she honestly believed that a bunch of Tevinter supremacists would give power to a mere "sleeper" from an "empire" of mongrels and vultures, I have some trouble believing she's nearly as smart as she thinks she is.

 

From Origins, definitely Howe and Vaughn, followed by Branka and Loghain (yes, I hate him too).

 

Didn't play DA2 or Awakenings, so no opinions on those.
